Thank you for this tutorial. I was struggling with editing FUJI RAW on Mac: I finally found out that (for all FUJI shooters like me) you have to go under "DEVELOP ASSISTANT" and select "APPLE RAW ENGINE" and select 16 bit RAW output. This will result in a correct RAW preview in Affinity Photo. I dont know why this this does not happen with Canon RAW files. Hope this will help many other FUJI users :)
Looks good. Is there going to be a new updated hard copy workbook released any time soon? Ill probably be moving it a rural neck of the woods in 2023 & the internet or might not be available or options desired there. Thanks for any replies.
💡Make it possible to turn on/off/rename and invert the mask layer in "Develop Persona". These are rudimentary functions, but they don't exist yet... If you do a smart refinement of the mask around the edges of the object, it will be luxurious. 😉👍

Hey there! Cool Vid. Just was searching for one that explains mass-import. I am doing Photos of Fabrics in a Studio-Setting. There is a Photo with a grey-cube and the next one needs to be adjusted to the white-level. Mostly there are many more photos that need "one" adjustment in mass.
Towards the beginning, the option as to whether to save a pixel layer or work nondestructively was available; I don't see it at the end. Why did it disappear?

One thing I have always wondered. Sharpening in the RAW developer. Radius is a percent. Percent is a relative term. Percent of what?
the white balance tool is bugged in the last version of Affinity. It only moves the temperature bar and not the tint
