Saw the movie for the first time this past Friday. One of the best movies I have seen in a while and fell in love with her story, her spirit and willingness to succeed and never give up. Totally motivational. Oh yes. She is hot as well
I've begun reading her book tonight having just completed the first 6 chapters "WOOOW" Molly is fantastic I really admire this young woman.
I have seen the movie on TV at least three times and have watched parts of it several times. She is an amazing person, she would not sacrifice other peoples lives to benefit herself. She ran this game with some very powerful people in it and for the most part she had something that is kind of scarce these days. She had integrity. Very impressed with her and also Jessica Chastain.
I admire her.

Ya, should have just cast her. Chastain was fine, but would have liked to see the actual person. Would have made the film more personal seeing the real Molly Bloom.
She didnt give info about mafia because she would be daed now..Come on!
So I was fascinated by her story. However, the main and image damaging facts were all conveniently left out.
She just did a speech for the graduating class at colorado U. And she said that she was a cocktail waitress. And her boss at the bar invited her to waiteess the poker game. And in this she states she was an executive assistant for a realestate deleloper!!!!
I just dont respect her as much becauae she took all the negative things like the drugs she was addicted to, and the men she slept with, and the lies she did tell. Like the entire time she knew she was going to shop this as a movie. And as long as she didnt name names that her hollywood friends would help her get that movie off the ground.
