nah, Zecora is a cannon character. at first everyone was afraid of her for being different, she's an interesting character and based off of African mythologies. her name comes from the Oromo people's old word for zebra, she's a really intriguing and interesting character and I'm always happy whenever people bring her up. (one of my favorite characters along side Luna and Pinkie pie.)
