I have a full time job in Englnad, and I get paid more than minimum wage! Even with my income, I would struggle to afford this house! So how is someone in Jamaica expected to afford this house!!?? Wages in the UK are a lot higher than Jamaica!

majority of the purchasers will be joint. You'd be surprised to know that many Jamaicans living locally can afford these units. The price is also affected by inflation along with the demand for homes. Not enough homes to meet the demand. The sad part is if the majority of these homes remain unsold, the price won't fall but increase after months and years on the market
