Energy overcharge seems overall a cool idea, but coupled with the huge spore buff it imho made PVZ more static: The Protoss can barely harass with oracles if the spores are rdy and the Zerg cant really do much early on with the lings, because of the energy overcharge effect on Oracles. Its like it countered the stated goals of the last patch: it makes turtling more rewarding and easy.

Energy overcharge balancing ling rush is awesome. Toss literally can not make splash in time to counter, so this addresses it.
