    He fought to what he thought was going to be the bitter end. Not once thinking about his own safety, only focusing on saving and preserving the life of others. In the face of utter defeat he pushed forward. God speed deputy Parmley.

    I lived this nightmare and lost everything in the campfire my heart is broken but I love Paradise

      I know it's been 4 years but yes she did by a dozer operator that came to clear the path of abandoned cars on the road way so the firetruck could get through. Watch the Frontline documentary Fire in Paradise she tells her story in detail.

      Vegetation fire smoke isn’t toxic. The temperature of the gases is the problem, they can burn your lungs.
