You know what would have been more interesting for the dream sequence ? Make it last for a shorter length of their future life, the last scene being the wedding, and the white suit of Cat Noir would trigger Marinette's memory of Cat blanc, making her react in a panic and start waking up.

I think we can all agree that the babies were a fresh nightmare, but can we talk about Cat Noir's moustache? It took me half a minute to realise what it was, at first I was like "What the heck does he have in the mouth?" It wasn't even blond for kwamis' sake!
I feel like the babies (both their creepy appearance and also the fact that instead of aging they just multiplied) was clearly supposed to be a joke/was the writers having fun, similar to Chat's moustache and the fact that Lady/Chat didn't age. Nobody on the internet seems to have enjoyed the dream sequence as I did, from the very beginning I took it as comedic.
Maybe, but for me there is a fine line between funny and weird. Sometimes we laugh something off not because it’s genuinely funny, but to “cover” that cringe. For me it was that second case :/ You’re lucky you had fun 😂
I thought the babies are dolls since Mari and Adrien are clearly kids (what, 15 years old?), so I don't think showing them having real kids at that age would be acceptable

When I first watched the dream sequence, I interpreted the scary dolls and the way the characters stayed teenagers as something that was *supposed* to be weird and unnerving, like how some dreams are. I agree with you. I've never had a dream where I was older to be honest. And dreams are weird and cringe, that's just a fact. Buuut if they made the dream sequence serious instead of comedic, it would have actually had some emotional impact.

That and Marinette didn't even chose "Adrien" this time because of her obsession, but because she remembered that he didn't have a mark on his neck, so it was a logical thing do from her perspective, since she didn't have the knowledge of the audience, so I don't blame her for this either. And yeah, she does stupid things around Adrien, but this was not one of them. She just blames herself for it.

the references in this one had me DYING XD, also when this episode came out, i watched it in the french sub, and while i did think that the overall sequence was wierd, i thought it was also meant to be like that since.. it was a dream. and when it got to the final moment when ladybug realsed she needed to wake up, i was a little bit emotional since she and chat nior needed to pull themselves out of what they thought they loved, and when lb said "join me" it was so sad because i know chat noir kind of hold onto dreams longer than lb, just like how he had feelings for her for a very long time
I think it’s more so of WHAT they want instead of how it’s portrayed, something i find interesting is that even after they beat monarch is that they’re still fighting as super heroes. Which means is that they don’t want to stop being heroes, they just want to be able to live a life that doesn’t put them in a place of burden not allowing them to be who they are and stop them from what they desire, they just want monarch gone they don’t want to stop being heroes
I think that the dream is the explanation of a perfection marriage or a perfect adult relationship is to 14 years old kids. When I had 14 I knew that wasn't real but Marinette and adrien are both very dreamers ( Adrian wanted go to a island with ladybug)
About the models argument... didn't they have models for adult Ladybug and Chat Noir in this one episode where Alice got her miraculous? The Timetagger episode. We've seen just the back of the adult Ladybug and Chat Noir but still, they have the models for it. They had to create it for the Timetagger episode. Love how at this point, your channel became my only source of news "wtf is happening in Miraculous"
In Timetagger I think they didn’t actually make new models. They weren’t moving there. They were probably drawn 2D and when Ladybug takes that map, her arms were actually a part of young LB model… And even if those were 3D models, probably only the body shape was changed in order to appear older, but the face and any crucial parts stayed the same.
The thing about them as an adult.. but the thing is in timetagger their adult face didnt even planned it yet tho cuz we only get to see half of their back in tinetagger but they do get taller tho. And for the babies it make sense for it to be a dream because animated babies when they are young would be weird and it make sense for animates babies to save for when they actually old
To me, the dream sequence was great because it captures the way dreams don't make any sense objectively but they make sense at the time. Also if it's cringe, it's because two teenagers are coming up with this in their brains. I for one appreciate some of the levity because it's easier to handle the hard part knowing it was a silly dream that simply FELT real. I was more disappointed in the lack of follow-through or introspection when they talk about it and totally brush it off. I still would have liked more introspection on that dream before we get to the final step of the love square reversal. Also I would have liked Chat Noir to think that Ladybug's dream was different from his, causing him to finally let go of what he believes will only bring him pain. And as for Ladybug, I wanted Marinette to play along with Chat Noir's idea and pretend like she didn't have that same exact dream, even though she knows she did and so do we.... just because she's not ready to consider what that meant. Glad I'm not the only one who didn't like the design on the wedding costumes. Like Give Chat Noir a "Tuxedo Cat" costume at least, and at least put a tulle skirt on Ladybug or something... I swear it must have been budget choices.

I think it's funny that since they don't know what each other look like, their brains fill in the gap of what their children look like with the creepy baby dolls. Also I think it's cute the only thing that changes when they get older is they imagine Cat Noir gets Tom's Mustache.

The babies look exactly like the dolls I'd see in a nightmare. Couldn't the animators have, I dunno, re-used Augustus' model with new colors? His head may be big but at least he looks alive and has expressions. Saves their budget for making a new model, and saves us viewers from this heck.

It feels like a joke and you can't take it seriously because the show has done this like 50 times and every single time it doesn't matter for the future. Right now it's just tiring and frustrating to see because you already know they will eighter forget about it magically or just be in denial.
Okay, so while people may have some issues with the babies, I personally didn't find them disturbing in the least. If anything, they look like your typical baby toy found at any toy section in stores, just with a Ladybug-Themed onesies. But one thing that I, personally, wish that they did with this episode was to expand on the idea a bit more here. Like, maybe a two part episode would have suited this nicely here. Since the dream started in a way that made them oblivious to the fact that they were in one to begin with, it could have went off like that, and eventually find and defeat Monarch in a believable way to make even us believe that his "big-brained, mastermind" ways was finally put to an end here. They could have shown us them live their lives in peace for a while, and get closer with each other, and then have part one end with their marriage. Part two could have been the rest of their dream and have them protect the city from any other threats, as usual but with their team back together again, and then slowly have either Ladybug, Chat Noir, or both get a strange feeling but shrugging it off for their "daily duties" here. And then we could have wrapped it up like at the sunset bridge where they finally get a flashback, due to a more subtle trigger like Chat Noir's watch or something, that they DID get hit back then and have the pieces finally fall into place and have the scene play, more or less, the same with Chat Noir not wanting to end their lives together in there, but eventually does so thanks to Ladybug's encouragement. _(While I do admit that Ladybug saying "So Kiss me." was a nice touch, in my opinion, hearing the French version say "So join me." was even more beautiful here. Like:_ _Chat Noir: "M'lady, I don't want to lose all of this... Not if it means that we have to go back out there, struggling the same as always...!"_ _Ladybug: "I don't want to lose what we have either... but I can't do this alone, not without my little Kitty."_ *_[Chat Noir looks up tearfully at Ladybug]_* _Ladybug: "So join me..."_ _And then we can have them slowly go for the kiss with each other until they eventually wake up from their dream. [Plus, the "In the Rain Remix really does sell the scene here. I just love hearing it play in the background here.])_ And then still have the episode play out the same as it did: Chat Noir heartbroken and angry that Darker Owl toyed with them like that before Ladybug stopping him from doing something he'd regret doing later. _(Which I find understandable here since I don't think anybody'd take that quietly without finding some way to vent out that anger towards somebody before chilling out here.)_ And then end it with Ladybug and Chat Noir talking about it and leaving things at it like that. Honestly, the Power of Jubilation sounds pretty strong when used right, like this episode since without the Lucky Charm already being out there, they would have actually lost here. And seeing how hurt Adrien was before lashing out at Darker Owl here was a nice twist here since, sure he does get mad at times but I don't think we've seen him THIS mad at someone to the point where he'd WILLINGLY hurt somebody because of that. As you mentioned here, he felt horrible that he Cataclysm'd somebody here, even if it was Monarch but to see him go back on his word and nearly do that to Darker Owl really does settle in the fact that maybe it's best if we don't have the cat lash out it's claws on us out of anger here cuz, Hoo Boi, would that have hurted. _(Anyways, splurge over. I felt the same, it is so sad that after years of waiting, years of fanmade comics what made this story I think amazing, respect most and all of the creators.... my first thought was that the creators really wanted to make fangirls scream over this episode because lets be honest the whole show is a fangirl bait. However it just turned out weird... and extremely uncomfortable and cringe to watch NFDKJSN dont get me wrong i really enjoy the romance and love threads but lately the studio kinda forgot about the main story. i might be wrong, it just feels.. odd to me? they literally lost all of their miraculous just to begin flirting with each other and forget about the fact that the world is on the literal edge of corrupting
I think the dream sequence would be ten times better if we didnt know that the darker owl had the gift power, and that they got shot, and it would be revealed when they realise that they are in a dream, i think it would be more shocking and sadder if they'd do it like that (without the dolls ofc, that would ruin it)

For the longest time, I’ve wanted LadyNoir to actually happen, but the way they did it in the dream sequence was just WAY too much. I was so weirded out by it, I just had to pause so many times just to try and recover from one weird thing, only to come back to another. I don’t know if the creators were trying to be funny, or if they were making it weird on purpose because they’re getting bugged by shippers asking for LadyNoir content, and decided to give a show that no one will forget in hopes that no one asks them to do it again…and it backfires horribly because the LadyNoir content needs to be better than this dream sequence. Like, give us more cute moments where it’s always the little things that matter the most, don’t just give us an overdose of content that can be considered cringe by most viewers
I think it was supposed to look so surreal. They didn't age, Cat Noir's fake moustache, the babies were actually dolls (look at August for example (the baby akumatizedinto Gigantitan) he looks nowhere near to those, because he's real and they are dolls) and all those clocks of course
you are not alone I loved and hated this episode i just don't know how to feel love; I love it bc we finally see everything come together, seeing some other other characters from the movie specials, and how the season 6 could end I say 6 bc season 5 has it's issues right now so what we see in jubilation dream sequence could be foreshadowing the ending of season 6 which could lead to a cool s7 them rising a family and then training them to be the next protects of Paris. hate bc it's like having the best dream you ever had then waking and realizing it's only a dream and try to go back to that same dream but can't then you want to kill your self 😆🤣😅

No i jedziem z tym odcinkiem! EDIT: Hmmm. Muszę przyznać (pomimo tego, że też uwielbiam Ladynoir), że odcinek był jednym z najlepszych pod względem według mnie emocji i akcji, ale.. pod względem jakiegokolwiek innego powodu to już nie. Ja jak zobaczyłam ten odcinek po raz pierwszy ja...na początku zaciekawiona obrotem spraw, że jest jakaś Soqueline, że oprócz pana Damoclesa, są też inne osoby, które też się bawią dosłownie w super-bohatera XD, że Marinette pojechała ,,po farby dla mamy" do Soqueline, znowu jest wątek Aliance, że Adrien ma nie posprzątane w pokoju (że też ta scena nie pojawiła się w tym filmie trochę się dziwię, ale mniejsza z tym), potem kiedy oberwali mocą jubilacji, zaczął się roallercoaster, było wszystko na początku dobrze, dopiero w kinie, zaczęło się dziwnie robić (jakby ta scena całkiem mi się podobała, według mnie mniej więcej była dość delikatna, romantyczna i w ogóle), po pocałunku był ślub (szczerze, nie spodziewałam się tego, więc pisnęłam? wydarłam się? coś w tym stylu xd A potem, była ta walka z budzikami? LALKA ( * 0 *), a potem po tym była scena, gdzie byli na ,,wakacjach" (no i po prostu tu, akurat w tym i w następnej scenie, wyczułam cringe. Dziwnie się czułam, nvm czm...może dlatego, że te ,,ich dzieci" to lalki, a może przez te muzykę, która łączyła się z tym jak się ruszali? a może przez to, że Czarny Kot nosił, jakby kurde nvm po co, sztuczne wąsy XDXDXDXD), potem scena z mostem (oprócz tego że, zamiast trójki dzieci, zrobiła się ich nagle czwórka, był znowu atak budzików, był sobie cały ten dialog romantycznych i jakże przykrych scen, i jak potem Czarny Kot się rzucił na Mroczniejszą Sowę, i ich okłamywanie samych sb pod koniec odcinka, to nie mam nic do komentowania). You know what would have been more interesting for the dream sequence ? Make it last for a shorter length of their future life, the last scene being the wedding, and the white suit of Cat Noir would trigger Marinette's memory of Cat blanc, making her react in a panic and start waking up.

I think we can all agree that the babies were a fresh nightmare, but can we talk about Cat Noir's moustache? It took me half a minute to realise what it was, at first I was like "What the heck does he have in the mouth?" It wasn't even blond for kwamis' sake!
I feel like the babies (both their creepy appearance and also the fact that instead of aging they just multiplied) was clearly supposed to be a joke/was the writers having fun, similar to Chat's moustache and the fact that Lady/Chat didn't age. Nobody on the internet seems to have enjoyed the dream sequence as I did, from the very beginning I took it as comedic.

When I first watched the dream sequence, I interpreted the scary dolls and the way the characters stayed teenagers as something that was *supposed* to be weird and unnerving, like how some dreams are. Like maybe it was a sign to them that nothing in the sequence was real, and their subconsciouses were trying to make them realize it and wake up. But maybe I was looking too far into it, idk

That and Marinette didn't even chose "Adrien" this time because of her obsession, but because she remembered that he didn't have a mark on his neck, so it was a logical thing do from her perspective, since she didn't have the knowledge of the audience, so I don't blame her for this either. And yeah, she does stupid things around Adrien, but this was not one of them. She just blames herself for it.

the references in this one had me DYING XD, also when this episode came out, i watched it in the french sub, and while i did think that the overall sequence was wierd, i thought it was also meant to be like that since.. it was a dream. and when it got to the final moment when ladybug realsed she needed to wake up, i was a little bit emotional since she and chat nior needed to pull themselves out of what they thought they loved, and when lb said "join me" it was so sad because i know chat noir kind of hold onto dreams longer than lb, just like how he had feelings for her for a very long time

I think it’s more so of WHAT they want instead of how it’s portrayed, something i find interesting is that even after they beat monarch is that they’re still fighting as super heroes. Which means is that they don’t want to stop being heroes, they just want to be able to live a life that doesn’t put them in a place of burden not allowing them to be who they are and stop them from what they desire, they just want monarch gone they don’t want to stop being heroes
I think that the dream is the explanation of a perfection marriage or a perfect adult relationship is to 14 years old kids. When I had 14 I knew that wasn't real but Marinette and adrien are both very dreamers ( Adrian wanted go to a island with ladybug)

In Timetagger I think they didn’t actually make new models. They weren’t moving there. They were probably drawn 2D and when Ladybug takes that map, her arms were actually a part of young LB model…
And even if those were 3D models, probably only the body shape was changed in order to appear older, but the face and any crucial parts stayed the same.

And for the babies it make sense for it to be a dream because animated babies when they are young would be weird and it make sense for animates babies to save for when they actually old
To me, the dream sequence was great because it captures the way dreams don't make any sense objectively but they make sense at the time. Also if it's cringe, it's because two teenagers are coming up with this in their brains. I for one appreciate some of the levity because it's easier to handle the hard part knowing it was a silly dream that simply FELT real.
I was more disappointed in the lack of follow-through or introspection when they talk about it and totally brush it off. I still would have liked more introspection on that dream before we get to the final step of the love square reversal.
Also I would have liked Chat Noir to think that Ladybug's dream was different from his, causing him to finally let go of what he believes will only bring him pain. And as for Ladybug, I wanted Marinette to play along with Chat Noir's idea and pretend like she didn't have that same exact dream, even though she knows she did and so do we.... just because she's not ready to consider what that meant.
Glad I'm not the only one who didn't like the design on the wedding costumes. Like Give Chat Noir a "Tuxedo Cat" costume at least, and at least put a tulle skirt on Ladybug or something... I swear it must have been budget choices.

It feels like a joke and you can't take it seriously because the show has done this like 50 times and every single time it doesn't matter for the future. Right now it's just tiring and frustrating to see because you already know they will eighter forget about it magically or just be in denial.
THE GRAVITY FALLS CLIPS ARE SO FUNNY IN THIS, MY FAVORITE TV SHOW
Okay, so while people may have some issues with the babies, I personally didn't find them disturbing in the least. If anything, they look like your typical baby toy found at any toy section in stores, just with a Ladybug-Themed onesies.
But one thing that I, personally, wish that they did with this episode was to expand on the idea a bit more here. Like, maybe a two part episode would have suited this nicely here. Since the dream started in a way that made them oblivious to the fact that they were in one to begin with, it could have went off like that, and eventually find and defeat Monarch in a believable way to make even us believe that his "big-brained, mastermind" ways was finally put to an end here. They could have shown us them live their lives in peace for a while, and get closer with each other, and then have part one end with their marriage.
Part two could have been the rest of their dream and have them protect the city from any other threats, as usual but with their team back together again, and then slowly have either Ladybug, Chat Noir, or both get a strange feeling but shrugging it off for their "daily duties" here. And then we could have wrapped it up like at the sunset bridge where they finally get a flashback, due to a more subtle trigger like Chat Noir's watch or something, that they DID get hit back then and have the pieces finally fall into place and have the scene play, more or less, the same with Chat Noir not wanting to end their lives together in there, but eventually does so thanks to Ladybug's encouragement. _(While I do admit that Ladybug saying "So Kiss me." was a nice touch, in my opinion, hearing the French version say "So join me." was even more beautiful here. And then still have the episode play out the same as it did: Chat Noir heartbroken and angry that Darker Owl toyed with them like that before Ladybug stopping him from doing something he'd regret doing later. _(Which I find understandable here since I don't think anybody'd take that quietly without finding some way to vent out that anger towards somebody before chilling out here.)_ And then end it with Ladybug and Chat Noir talking about it and leaving things at it like that.
Honestly, the Power of Jubilation sounds pretty strong when used right, like this episode since without the Lucky Charm already being out there, they would have actually lost here. And seeing how hurt Adrien was before lashing out at Darker Owl here was a nice twist here since, sure he does get mad at times but I don't think we've seen him THIS mad at someone to the point where he'd WILLINGLY hurt somebody because of that. As you mentioned here, he felt horrible that he Cataclysm'd somebody here, even if it was Monarch but to see him go back on his word and nearly do that to Darker Owl really does settle in the fact that maybe it's best if we don't have the cat lash out it's claws on us out of anger here cuz, Hoo Boi, would that have hurted.

I felt the same, it is so sad that after years of waiting, years of fanmade comics what made this story I think amazing, respect most and all of the creators.... I am so sad they did this to this series. I think the base of the story is amazing, never been before, I wish they choose different implementation.

my first thought was that the creators really wanted to make fangirls scream over this episode because lets be honest the whole show is a fangirl bait. However it just turned out weird... and extremely uncomfortable and cringe to watch NFDKJSN dont get me wrong i really enjoy the romance and love threads but lately the studio kinda forgot about the main story. i might be wrong, it just feels.. odd to me? they literally lost all of their miraculous just to begin flirting with each other and forget about the fact that the world is on the literal edge of corrupting
I think the dream sequence would be ten times better if we didnt know that the darker owl had the gift power, and that they got shot, and it would be revealed when they realise that they are in a dream, i think it would be more shocking and sadder if they'd do it like that (without the dolls ofc, that would ruin it)
I think the doll appearance of the babies is to symbolize uncaringness or toolism (the babies being tools overall).

I feel the characters were actually older in the dream sequence, I mean that's why Chat Noir did have a mustache 😅but yeah, they could've at least aged them up a bit more but it was referenced they were older, just that they had dolls as kids because they didn't know how their actual kids would look like

For the longest time, I’ve wanted LadyNoir to actually happen, but the way they did it in the dream sequence was just WAY too much. I was so weirded out by it, I just had to pause so many times just to try and recover from one weird thing, only to come back to another. I don’t know if the creators were trying to be funny, or if they were making it weird on purpose because they’re getting bugged by shippers asking for LadyNoir content, and decided to give a show that no one will forget in hopes that no one asks them to do it again…and it backfires horribly because the LadyNoir content needs to be better than this dream sequence. Like, give us more cute moments where it’s always the little things that matter the most, don’t just give us an overdose of content that can be considered cringe by most viewers
I think it was supposed to look so surreal. They didn't age, Cat Noir's fake moustache, the babies were actually dolls (look at August for example (the baby akumatizedinto Gigantitan) he looks nowhere near to those, because he's real and they are dolls) and all those clocks of course

love; I love it bc we finally see everything come together, seeing some other other characters from the movie specials, and how the season 6 could end I say 6 bc season 5 has it's issues right now so what we see in jubilation dream sequence could be foreshadowing the ending of season 6 which could lead to a cool s7 them rising a family and then training them to be the next protects of Paris.

EDIT: Hmmm. Muszę przyznać (pomimo tego, że też uwielbiam Ladynoir), że odcinek był jednym z najlepszych pod względem według mnie emocji i akcji, ale.. pod względem jakiegokolwiek innego powodu to już nie. Ja jak zobaczyłam ten odcinek po raz pierwszy ja...na początku zaciekawiona obrotem spraw, że jest jakaś Soqueline, że oprócz pana Damoclesa, są też inne osoby, które też się bawią dosłownie w super-bohatera XD, że Marinette pojechała ,,po farby dla mamy" do Soqueline, znowu jest wątek Aliance, że Adrien ma nie posprzątane w pokoju (że też ta scena nie pojawiła się w tym filmie trochę się dziwię, ale mniejsza z tym), potem kiedy oberwali mocą jubilacji, zaczął się roallercoaster, było wszystko na początku dobrze, dopiero w kinie, zaczęło się dziwnie robić (jakby ta scena całkiem mi się podobała, według mnie mniej więcej była dość delikatna, romantyczna i w ogóle), po pocałunku był ślub (szczerze, nie spodziewałam się tego, więc pisnęłam? wydarłam się? coś w tym stylu xd A potem, była ta walka z budzikami? XDXDXDXDXD (nie zrozumiałam na początku, dlaczego Czarny Kot ,,chodzi z tym dzieckiem", skoro powinno być w domu, ale potem ogarnęłam, że przecież nie znają swoich tożsamości, eh), potem ta reakcja Czarnego Kota na dziecko (po prostu to takie słodkie było, mówię:,,On będzie wspaniałym tatą, tych sowich dzieci"), no i przechodzimy do tego gdzie, zorientowałam się, że zamiast dziecka jest.... LALKA ( * 0 *), a potem po tym była scena, gdzie byli na ,,wakacjach" (no i po prostu tu, akurat w tym i w następnej scenie, wyczułam cringe. Dziwnie się czułam, nvm czm...może dlatego, że te ,,ich dzieci" to lalki, a może przez te muzykę, która łączyła się z tym jak się ruszali? a może przez to, że Czarny Kot nosił, jakby kurde nvm po co, sztuczne wąsy XDXDXDXD), potem scena z mostem (oprócz tego że, zamiast trójki dzieci, zrobiła się ich nagle czwórka, był znowu atak budzików, był sobie cały ten dialog romantycznych i jakże przykrych scen, i jak potem Czarny Kot się rzucił na Mroczniejszą Sowę, i ich okłamywanie samych sb pod koniec odcinka, to nie mam nic do komentowania).
Fakt był to całkiem dobry odcinek, ale no jakby nie patrzeć po prostu przesadzili xddd
