    I know how frustrating it is. I've been trying to lose weight for years. Going to the gym, work out, swimming, jogging, and walking. I refuse to give up.

    I have run since my late 20's. I'm in my 60's now and have changed my routine to fast walking with intermittent short running (like interval training). Do what suits you, running became too much of a slog for me and I wasn't enjoying it any more. So motivation is then very difficult. But I enjoy my morning walks/jogs and quite often do another (slower) evening walk. Good luck!

      @@welshrod2473 really interesting. I do think that running every day was tough on my joints and didn’t give them time to repair so the benefits were outweighed by pain. This month I am going to slowly build distance but also have sufficient rest days. Thank you for your feedback. It’s really helpful to hear about other people’s strategies especially those my age, 25 😂😂☺️☺️
