Cinema glass is my favorite man. I haven’t made the full jump yet, but fortunately in this wonderful time to be alive, we’ve got companies putting their cine glass in AF housing, which is just crazy. But the control and utility of cinema lenses is definitely a must for production work. They’re even great for photography to honestly.
Best choice i made, i regret haven’t switched to cinema lens before. Even some expensive still lenses can not give you what a true “budget” cinema lens can give you, the step up in your video will be great
I bought one early last year... Yes I love every photo that I take with it... I would add I would pay a little more to get an autofocusing lens from them.... Quality is amazing!!
I've been running from cinema lenses for a while now. Autofocus dependency is real, and I can admit that I'm a little intimated by the manual focus world. I peeped that you've been using these lenses for a while now. I love the character they have and the image quality that they produce. Definitely going to rent one in the future, and see how it works out for me.
Good video! Have to check these out! I felt the same way when it came to lenses. I was just so used to using photo glass. After the one time I used cinema glass, it was definitely on my radar after that.
I own the non-macro version of the 150 and the different is just one is for macro shots. You can get closer to your subject and get fine details with the macro version. The other focuses on having crazy compression when focusing of subjects at a further distance. You just have to choose which lens you need for what type of project.
i liked your video on this, im looking to getting some cini glass i also like your videos i watch alot of utube vids on photography and videography cameras etc and one of the things i HATE is the way people review everything and everything is great its like watching commercials over and over and over, I always respect somone who is just sharing things, is a channel has hundreds of youtube vids it means thier unsucsesful in photography or videography at least that how it seems i also like your studio look and editing very basic like your not trying to hard anyway good luck in the future. nolan
Thanks! I appreciate that. Yeah it’s hard to not try to be like everyone else. When I tried that I felt phoney and didn’t want to do it anymore. It’s better to just be myself and just share versus sell.
The 65mm T1.5 is coming (very soon😅)! Stay tuned for the next couple of weeks.
Niiiiiiice 🔥🔥🔥

Definitely!!!
The autofocus on the GFX system so I use cinema lens on my GFX 50s because it's easier to nail focus in manual focus mode.
