"Idle while in child's position" is a reference to yoga. child's position is a yoga's pose, so when he says that he is saying they need to ground themselves and find their center. they need to go to the core of their being and express what they are really about. Yogi is also a cartoon bear, it was a well known kids show where Yogi had the personality of a human. a common phrase attached to Yogi was "smarter than your average bear". so the "you gon set a bad example for the average bear, you a yogi" has a double meaning. Pretty much what he is saying, is that several rappers are deeply spiritual, yet pretend they are still a part of street life. that sets a bad example for their listeners and true average street guys. he is saying they need to ground themselves with some yoga to find balance and seek higher purpose. Its a pretty insane line
