      Yes, any Visa/MC credit cards or bank transfers can be used to add funds to eWallet.

    Salam alaykom I registered early I December and still under verification is that normal and I see in social media comments that many are already been verified

      Several people are still in review stage, nothing alarming as this is a manual process.

    I have topped up my E Wallet with a small amount of money, and it says it active, but when I try to go to the next step (Step 7) that is still greyed out and I can't select it. Is it too early? What shall I do?

    Assalamalaikum, we are confused about e-wallet, when it’s recommended to use debit card when we want to use bank account, does it mean the suggestion is to use debit card and choose credit card option, since there will not be any option to add debit card information in using bank in e- wallet?

      Recommendation is to use credit/debit card to avoid the delay with the bank transfer which could take 10 days.

    Will we have a few days between reviewing the packages and selecting them and paying for them. I am asking so we know how much to top off on our accounts?

      Yes that is our understanding.
      Packages will be released for review first. Step 8 and 9.

    Will we be able to book business class tickets if we wish? Or will it be economy fixed. Second can you lay over before or after hajj in a different city if we can select our flights?

      Last year the all inclusive packages had specific flights and you couldn’t really change it.
      There was a land only package where you could book your own flight and hotels. But not sure if it will be offered this year. They recently removed references to it from their website, so seems unlikely.

      You can get feedback from previous year hajis on their experience. Unfortunately nusuk doesn’t have a review system

    Assalamalaikum, Can we also use someone else in the family like my son’s credit card, who is not going on hajj, plus our own since our limit is or may or be not be enough?

      Your son can choose to pay for your hajj with his credit card.
      Alternatively he can add authorized users if possible. Check with your bank.

    Is there a fee for a wire transfer? For test purposes, I transferred $ 10 and got a credit of only 1.13 SAR. Based on the conversion rate, I am supposed to get 37 SAR.

      I am not sure if Nusuk charges anything. It will be probably be your bank who has fees for wire transfer.

    Salam, jajak Allahu khairan for informations. I already registered, Applied and approved i believe. Now I have 2 questions -
    1) those 3 package in the Nusuk apps - How do I know how much those cost?
    2) I can't log in anymore. Says incorrect data. Send complained few times. They just said it resolved. But its not. I deleted and open again. Same thing. Cant log in. Please help.

      Packages are not released yet so we don’t know exact cost.
      Try to reset password using forgot password on registration page.

      You can use credit card. We don’t know the details yet. But last year it was a purchase

      Yes you can.
      Alternatively you can also work with your guide to ask to be in the same room. It should be easy to arrange if you both have the same package

    Question about eWallet - When you choose the Account Number section instead of IBAN, what is the Clearing Code? I understand Beneficiary Account = Account number, Beneficiary Bank Name = Your own bank name, Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, etc. What is the "Clearing Code?" I don't get it

I sent USD $10, but only 1.13 SAR was credited to my account. I sent an e-mail to Nusuk support, but I am still waiting for an answer. Does the receiving bank (AlRajhi Bank) charge any fees when you wire money? I thought wire transfers between banks were free. I would appreciate it if you have any insight or knowledge about wire transfer fees.

      Some Local agents are working with service providers to design packages, and also sometimes they come as guides of the group as well.

      Assalamou alaykoum brother, i have received an email stating that our application got audited due to unmatchable name error. I have edited the issue and resubmitted the application!! Is this going to cause a delay on our application process. Do we still have a chance to get selected???

      Yes you have enough time. Packages are not released yet so as long as it is taken care of before they open packages for booking you will be fine ان شاء الله

      in the Ehaj platform before it used to be under hajj Details where we used passports scanner to scan pilgrims passports.. each country is allocate with a quota and for our company is 100 but nowhere in Nusuk Platform where we can scan multiples pilgrims passports as before and grouping too before sent for visa.

      Please check the local process for gambia . It will be different.
      For countries where nusuk is available. Each person has to register their own profile now.

      If you register separate, it might be get tough to get the same package. If you add a family member then you can book at the same time.

      The other documents included on nusuk include license, lease agreement, property agreement, work visa etc

      @@HouseOfDeen under "background details" section, there is a yes/no type question. "Do you have a residence ID". if i answer yes, it is asking for residence ID and start/end date. Not sure what information to be shared.

      Yes that is normal, lot of people have this problem. It’s good you are doing it early on.
      ان شاء الله you want be done before packages are released. Right now since they are not released yet, no worries with some delay

    I am 42 and female, my brother is in his 30s. I want to go with him. He is making his own application. I just finished my application and am waiting for the approval. Should I add him as a family member? And him add me? Will that increase our chances of going or cause confusion because we are double applying? JAk

      If you want to make sure you go together do it together as a family. With separate applications there is a chance you both might not be able to go together.
      Do it only as one family. Trying to do it twice might cause confusion / rejection of duplicate profile.

      When you book the package, book the same for both of you and you will be in the same group

      Duplicating information into multiple accounts increases the chances of rejection. If you wish to be in the same package, then create a single account and add family members

    What is the procedure for Indian residents who live in Saudi Arabia, as it is not displaying in Nusuk?

      Neither India nor Saudi Arabia is supported by nusuk yet. So you will need to follow processes locally either form India or Saudi Arabia

      That's great alhamdulillah. They are going to release packages for review first, so you will know the amount better once packages come out. For now you can try a very small amount to understand how the process works.
