@@EMC77707 They are abilities that hinder your gameplay, they are sorted into light CC and hard CC, for example: Magneto's right click is light CC as it knocks back enemies (displaces them), and Scarlet Witch's E, Doctor Strange's ult, Groot's ult, Jeff's ult and Bucky's right click are hard CC, as they immobilize the enemy and even may make the enemy be unable to attack or use any abilities there's also CC abilities that apply mobility lock and disallow using only mobility abilities

I mained him in the closed beta. I genuinely thought he was fine if your team used his bubbles. With these buffs I feel like he is gonna be insane with mobility and survivability.
2 things that u didn't mention , Strength: when you use his ultimate on allies they get super healing for the time they they're in your mouth so don't be afraid to scoop a teammate to heal them to full in 2 seconds Weakness: Enemies can pick up your bubbles, it doesn't give them anything , but now you just have 1 less bubble on the field. I haven’t played since the Closed Beta in July/August, so I haven’t tried out post-buff Jeff, but I feel like his main problem has been that his projectiles are slower compared to other Strategists. Yeah, they’re chunkier but they just felt too slow, especially for Rivals. It felt like I was shooting Iron Man bullets which are (mainly) used for spamming but you don’t really want that kind of gun for a Strategist’s only source of damage. His new buffs look great and definitely help him, but it feels like Jeff could be overshadowed by another fatty-projectile Strategist like Loki or even Rocket simply because (correct me if I’m wrong) they shoot faster with (relatively) big projectiles AKA they have a better chance of not dying to the incoming Spider-Man/Black Panther/Magik who watches Necros religiously.
I notice during the beta that while you "reloading" or go backward jeff is a little faster because he swim and not run... Is a little tech that can be helpful in a scenario like your teammate is low on healt and you to are low. With little movement speed backward you can risk to cure your ally and not use your ability to go deep and cure only yourself

Bit of a scuffed guide here... You don't need to directly hit people with bubbles. Rather than lead my shots I just place the bubble a step or two behind them and they just back into it when they get hit. Since it's third person if you do it right they can see it and just know to use it when hit. You can direct hit and you might save a hoe here and there but you're gonna overshoot and miss completely too plenty not focusing on optimal placement. Jeff doesn't "swim underwater" either, he's literally a ground shark. He's swimming underground. Also you forgot to mention Jeff's ult doesn't just make team invulnerable, it also heals over time at the same rate it damages enemies. You also goofed up saying Jeff can only take up to 3 people with him when he cliff dives with people in his mouth, the same clip demonstrating that clearly shows 4 enemies going down. Unless it got changed you could take the entire lobby off the cliff in the closed beta.

I need you to answer this When playing Jeff when should I eat my teammates? (and possibly when I should jump off the map with them)
1) You should eat your teammates as part of a larger scoop play, you should rarely be ONLY looking to ult your teammates
2) Don't do that!!
