    I've been thinking about making a little scarf to hold my tools for sewing or crocheting, using this pocket technique 😁 I hadn't decided if I want the pocket to open on the side like this, or if I want the pocket to open on the surface of the top sheet, though. Im currently using the color layer switching to draw geeky designs on my hand towels 😋

    Wow. Great video. You have given me an idea. How about pockets for hands in the bottom of scarves. I think I might just give it a try. Thanks.

    Another reason to cross layers is for strength. You effectively have 2 pieces of fabric joined together making it twice as thick/strong. That makes it terrific for use in things like bags that need strength. Think of it as replacing an interfacing.
