A long overdue award for this soldier. I’m certain it’s because his battle was fought in Laos, a place where the USA wasn’t supposed to be, but the enemy did not care. I appreciate the President coming to the position of attention before he saluted the Captain.

The saying "there are no atheists in foxholes" works for me. I was an agnostic at the time but I have asked God not to let one come in the hole with me.... Finally.
