I personally don"t listen same lofi beats again after i hear it once i want something new every time i study but Hammy is legit different now i literally play this playlist of Hammy everyday while studying...hammy literally lended me braincells...and i loved the hot chocolate part i wanted it to be longer 🐹
I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Because nearly 80% of people don’t drink enough water plus drinking water and staying hydrated improves your ability to execute a task, by improving both memory, attention and decision making. 💦
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so make sure you always have one near you! 🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone 🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, like green tea because it contains a combo of both caffeine and l-theanine, making it a great study aid that can help boost your brainpower and induce a state of calm and focus. (However do not drink any tea or coffee within 4 hours before your bedtime, because it can affect your sleep) ☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper, stress toy or whatever you need. 💻
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🫂
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖
Another thing is you should get some sunlight because exposure to sunlight actually gives us Vitamin D which improves our circadian rhythms and sleep patterns, helps us to focus, enables us to get more done, and even makes us happier! ☀
