I have always played Green Day, a specific one of their songs, and my dog every single time will react to it by doing zoomies and getting excited. I never even reacted in a way that would make her do it again. She just really likes to vibe to the song. Lmao. We even tell her to settle down and she refuses, insisting to vibe to Green Day. Dogs are derps.
Going off of a scientific perspective, dogs like people and even birds can have a liking to certain sounds or noises. Like for instance, humans and music. Some dogs can really like a word or phrase specifically for the way it sounds. Just like birds can have a favorite word that they like to say because they enjoy how it sounds.

I feel like one of the syllables in diarreah is connected to her name or a common experience, so it's become a conditioned stimulus. Also, she is acting more excited than aggressive. This is how my elderly chihuahua behaves when she is excited, but to a lesser extent now than when she was younger.
