Watching from Oxfordshire in the UK. Love and miss the dry hot tracks of the Kunene Region. I used to drive in those roads during the Immunisation Campaigns of the Ministry of Health Of Namibia. Conquered those tracks in a 1989 60 series station wagon Land Cruiser 😁. I miss the desert.
Whats a nail-biting experience! 😱 Thanks for the awesome video Ronny! I love the different vibe you guys bring to over-landing. 👍Just some feedback from following you guys and watching all your videos...I know everyone has their thing, but t's also the way we respect nature and represent the overland community! Keep the blaring music strictly for back home. In your car while driving is fine but doesn't have to be pumping either! After all, we visit these places for the remoteness, quiet and tranquility. There's nothing like a cold one after a long day on the road but keep alcohol drinking until at camp around the fire and sharing the day's experience but considering the above. In Ep 3 the other Ronny opened a beer before leaving camp and tossed the cap into the bush! Not cool! 😥 At Magotho you guys dragged a dead tree to your campsite and lit it with petrol! This is not only dangerous but creates an imbalance in the eco system. Even if the tree is dead, critters live there that helps the natural process for decomposition bringing balance to the ecosystem. Otherwise, I always enjoy watching your travels and reminisce some of the places we've visited. Keep it up! ✌and hope to see you out there! 👌
Thank you so much for feedback and we sincerely apologize for the oversight on those few incidents and we addressed them with the team and it won’t happen again. We really appreciate the support. Thank you
Great work, in Great Kunene, in great Kaokoland you guys did a good job. i hope you make another episode for Kunene river mouth and serra cafema. Keep it up !!
It’s risky but some have done it solo. You need to be skilled and fully understand your vehicle including mechanical and well experienced OFF-ROAD driving especially with rocks and mountains. It can take days if not weeks before someone else come through the pass if you happen to be in trouble
I love the landcruiser, but I'm impressed by the triton guys
