270g (1 1/4 cups)stevia
6 eggs, separated
125ml (1/2 cup) sunflower or light-flavoured olive oil
125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp finely grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
250g butter, chopped, at room temperature
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
450g (3 cups) icing sugar mixture
2 tbsp lemon juice

@@nailezoupani I went between ur video n another but mostly used ur ingredients...at first it taste like iced lemon cornbread but after 2-3 hrs n the fridge it tastes more like store bought lemon cake!!! THANK U🙏🏽😭
