Regarding 0 gear, go to showroom they will recalibrate the sensor with the help of tab. Regarding chain noise you can clean the chain with motul cleaner, let it dry out then wipe with cloth then apply wruth chain spray. It is very good. Now mileage indicator can be reset to 0 by pressing and holding the button above mode for few seconds. Regarding inteligo system it works only in Eco mode & it require a warm engine . These all methods i apply on my Raider and it run like a charm. Also try to shift gears at 4000rpm and downshift with rev matching, your gear will shift smoothly.
Bhai want to know more details about the Raider. As it's a new bike in the market everyone is anxious about it's performance.
@@athought6147 raiders pickup and fuel economy is excellent. For me fuel economy in city is 66 and highway 75-77 provided you ride it under 60kmph. Ride quality is excellent. No fatigue whatsoever. Shock absorbers do there job nicely. Headlight performance is not so good i mean to say the low beam has a V angle spread so nearby animals people cyclist is difficult to see at dark night. High beam is mainly focus type so it doesnt spread much thus you can see upto 200m ahead and 15 to 20feet wide area . So i added maddog scout fog lamps and my light demand are fulfilled. I dont feel any vibration upto 60kmph . Rearview mirror viewing angle has many blind spots and i added blind spot mirror and i am now satisfied .

@@athought6147 my 4 year old daughter sit on the tank and ride with me for several km and tank fibre is as strong as it was on day 1 . Chasis is really strong i had jumped my bike from 2feet stair and shockers absorb all impact very well. Tyres never lost there grip on any sort of terrain except slippery mud .

1st problem , gear atakne ko lekr...
maine bhi bohot face kiya hai shuru shuru mein..
lekin 500km chalne k baad wo chala gya.
Mtlb bohot hi km hota hai ab. 100me se ek baar.
2nd. Range 99 show mera vi krta hai.
Bass ye krna hai ki jab hi range 99 show karega, tab ekbar range ko reset krke chalaao, thik show krega then.
or ye krne k baad v agar galat show krta hai, then ye process bar bar krte rho.
mere bike mein ye problem ka bhi frequency kam ho gya h.
3rd chain sound
maine ye face nhi kiya, lekin mujhe lgta hai chain ko properly clean krne se thik ho jayega, ya fir ekbaari kholke firse lagane se thik ho jayega.
4th Fuel indicator
haan yaha bhi ye baat aapko dhyan me rakhna pdega ki jab Fuel full rahega tab bike range show nhi karegi, atleast 1 bar kam hone pr wo sensor ki saath align hota hai, fir ye aapko range batayega.
Or eek baat., agar aapko accurate milage show krta hai, tab hi kewal accurate range show krega ye bike dhyan me rakhna. Jab aapko 99 ka milage show krega ya fir 40 ka avg show krega tb aapko jo range show hoga wo milage ki tarah hi galat hai.
Baar bar reset krte krte ye problem mera kam ho gya hai.Phir bhi khi kabaar jabhi meko 99 avg ya fir 40 avg show krta hai mai reset krke chalaleta hun, shi dikhana start krta hai fir.
5Th Intelligo.
agar aisa aapke sath ho rha hai to Simply aapka Sensor kharab hai. ISS(Intelligent Start Stop / Intelligo) sensor thik krne se thik ho jayega.
Now I want to state something.
Maine jo bhi kaha hai aapko wo 2021 Oct se aaj 2022 Jan tak chalaane pe jo jo problems maine face kiya hai...or maine Jitne baar hi service center gya hua hai..Unlogon se mila hua salah, advice, solution...jo bhi kahlo..unke based pr, or mera Experience jo hai is bike ko lekr.. Whan se btaa raha hun. None is of my own words.
My bike is apprx 1500km ridden till now.
Long trip 220 km tak maine ki hui hai.
And mai genuinely bike saath attached hun. tab taake itni baarikiyon se aapko ye sb bata rha hun.
And a last advice to you , Maine dekha aapki number plate Alipore RTO se hai.. I don't know Where are you from... You can visit Diamond TVS Chiriyamore, near sintheemore North kolkata... jahan se mai service krwata hun. Hope you will find some resolutions. (mai koyi paid promotion nhi kr raha hun LOL XD)

Chain sound problem accurs due to improper chain cleaning & lubing.....also check chain is not too loose
Zarur ho sakta hay, mene 2 jagha check karvaya tha lekin avivi kuch sound a raha hay.

Run over 9000+ km.... But there is no problem in chain...
Just use 90 gear oil to lube & kerosine to clean....
One thing, just open front shocket,clean it,... definitely chain sound chala jayega....

I also face gear shifting problem..but only downward shifting..visited 5 times the tvs showroom..they adjust the the clutch cable and sent me back..stiill i face it from past 4 months..

Need to fixed it, Avarage meter problem zadatar gario me dekhi ja rahi hay.
My average in city is 67 and at highway above 80 . Shift gear at 4000 rpm or when the gear shift indicator blinks in meter console.

TVS raider BS6 ka model hay, apko kamse kam 1.5 - 3 ltr petrol maintain karke rakhna hay, iska matlab ye Nehi hay ki app ko hamesha full tank rarna hoga,
Agar ye problem zada ho rahi ho, app Service center me ja sakte hay, or agar tabvi kaam Nehi banta app mujhe problem ka ek video karke Dena me TVS Company or Consumer Forum ko Twitter pe complain karunga

येतो बाद सच है कि रायडर बाईक अच्छी है एन एस के मुकाबले मुकाबले पर रायडर मे कुछ प्रॉब्लेम आ रही है जैसे चैन का आवाज आना और अवरेज मे कम जादा दिखाना कभी कभी चालू हो ना ये प्रॉब्लेम मुझे भी आ रही है मेरे पास भी रायडर वन ट्वेंटी फाईव बाईक है

This is the issue I am facing with my new raider.today done first service and they are not able to solve the problem..They told gear box packing issue..They want to remove packing.New packing not available.So I am escalated to higher level.But this is not acceptable for new bike

First of all, petrol tank full rehne pe range &, milegae nhi show karega ye manual mai hi likha hua hai,.... Mileage indicator galat show kar raha hai to service centre pe jake ECU update karlo, every metre problem lagbhag thik ho jayega

I am also facing the gear shifing problem. Most of the times I am not able to change it to the first gear. I went to the service center couple of times, but they are saying that your bike is fine and you are not shifting your gear properly.
There are some gear shifting problem Ajeet, not all the bikes but a few bike has it. If you really suffering with your gear shifting problem please visit to good bike machanic to solve it.

Engine error or malfunction signal is duty to gear positiin sensor malfunction. To avoid it make sure you switch of ur bike with inteligo or in any gear or N but not in 0 gear
