I’m still in school (im 13 as a write this)
I am pretty smart and do work hard. And I see that there are a lot of pre-doctors here
Do any of you have any advice for me about becoming a doctor and how I could get into medical school
And any thing I should know about medical school in general

Shadow doctors if you can. Volunteer at a hospital, nursing home. Critically ask yourself if you enjoy science classes and patient care

For now, if you think you want to be a doctor after exploring the field, just get great grades in school, adapt your learning mindset to focus on understanding rather than memorizing material in your classes and focus on getting into a good college

      Thanks for replying
I have been working hard in school to the point for where I may be moved up to one of the highest classes
For work experience I’ll to work in a hospital or nursing home (my sister is a nurse so I do have a good chance)
And If it helps I’ll try and get my grades better in the classes I’m not the best in
But do you have any tips for studying ?
Again thanks so much for replying

Cool Person glad to help. The best way to test yourself if you know something is to try teaching it to someone else. I like studying with friends and trying to teach them material as a way to check myself. Also tutoring is good and could help you make a quick buck
