I would say another criticism is that while the first form can make use of all the buster buffs she gets the “Super form” can’t really do the same since when she turns into it her cards change (if the effect page is right) and leaves her with 1 buster card. Still a great unit though
So Ruler Skadi is my next NP 6 for max appends, lvl 120, and then I guess I'm waiting 2 years to get best Aozaki, Aoko to do the same for her. By then, I think they'd have brought Assassin Scathach back in some way, so then I can run my team with a 5 person Aoko-face, with a support Skadi of some kind!
Aoko is SUPER interesting, since she's the first Servant (that permenantly enters a player's account) that can do Face Card AoE Farming, or you can do long game Arts memes with her Super Form's NP, S3, and Passive. However, due to being either reliant on RNG to get the right hands for the former strat or a LOT of time and planning to do Arts Farming for the later she is firmly in the 'fun but niche' category alongside Double Gogh Crit Comps or certainly hybrid set-ups. Summer BB can help with the face carding a _bunch_ , and Gong can certainly enable 'faster' Arts Looping in just about any context, but it's still somewhat clunky and time intensive to pull off either 'main strategy' on average. Aoko shines best in Castoria/Merlin (or Proto Merliin/Tamamo) grinder comps me thinks, and she's fighting stiff competition from Morgan and Himiko to get her foot in the door, so to speak. On the whole, she's great Servant, but not one to pull for if you want a fast and consistent farming unit.

She won't be _great_ at it (or fast) , but hey, it's a fun option to consider if one is bored of regular farming. Moreover, I also mentioned that she was better off in Castoria centric teams, though considering that was at the end of a long segment that point might have gotten lost in text.
I love her, I was saving for Arc rerun someday, but I couldn't help myself. Spent my 9 tickets and 200sq I saved and got Ganesha spoook, Aoko 2 pulls later then enkidu spook and the pull after another Aoko, spent the last 69 for CEs MLB got Aoko np3...😂
U won't believe what just happend i was contemplating whether to get her or not as i already have a foreigner class servant wandjinathen i saw this video i was like ok lets try to get her on the 2nd multi i had let the gacha roll on its own and had gone away just as i come i see a gold card i was like no way i got a 4 star then the card turns it shows foreigner and i was still pessimistic on getting some other servant till she revealed herself now i have 15 SSR servants in a F2P account within 3-4 months Edit: she is truly 2 servants in 1 I just got 4 skills in 1st ascension
Since it hard for her to loop people think she lackluster. But after seeing her with lady Avalon and tamamo she True Magic tier for boss fights even more for aoe Cq
Def down is not really a miss because after NP you probably do a Brave chain and if it has a buster card you'll be dunking on the enemies with her face cards
She kinda gives me the same impression that Emiya gives. A great unit with one quirk that makes them "difficult" to use. Over engineered might be a better term. I'll see if that view changes once 90++ finally comes hits global.
Arcueid only got weaker as we discovered how much her 7turn cooldown battery held her back. Which limits her hat you can do if you do wanna BG farm. You’d need servants like Ibuki Summer, Thomas Edison, or Summer Salter.

But unless she gets a buff she won’t be used the same way other buster farmers are used with Oberon or others for farming. I mentioned the other servants because you need that extra skill cooldown, and those 3 servants provide it while at least applying another buff.

alice is more practical, and will consistently do better in the long con with her stall tactics, and damage reduction, whereas aoko at will mostly play support but when she's effective in her other form, she blows alice out the water so tldr: alice is more consistent, aoko has a higher highs but not as consistent
I feel like with all the F2P 50% event CE's and access to a support castoria it doesn't even matter that she needs to be SA to really work cause its so easy to get her there. Then with her 10% np regen passive, three arts cards, and that the 100% battery you can still get her np consistently. Feel bad for sojuro who looks like trash after looking at her. They both have sick ass animations/NPs though

Yup, and they pretty much have to be in order to compete with the other Classes and Extra Classes. Avengers have DPS to their name, Rulers with their tankiness and Stall/Crit memes, Alter Egos and Pretenders being half Zerks with overtunned kits, and Moon Cancers have....well, Arc Meta-wise, so Foreigners having so of the most wack individual units is both expected to 'keep up' with the others and fitting for what they represent.

I’m sticking to rolling for Arcueid. I’m pretty sure Aoko is already taken plus Arc literally ships her other two versions to the master so she can have Shiki to herself.
As someone who has both I agree get both. They both actually work great in the same team in 90++ multi cores. Arc can waste wave 1 while Aoko can take care of wave 2 or 3.
She is good but not a must really. Better wait for Alice and compare. A good servant does not have to be this complicated. She is fun and unique but not that great actually.

With a bunch of stuff happening to it compensated in a lot of parts too that it ended up as her weakness.

I looked at her card set up and it could be a hint that we may be getting u-olga at somepoint from what I saw in her playable instances.

her power comes directly from the root instead of the worlds mana that's why she's a foreigner & she inspired Skadi since she was created first
