    ecg at minute 18 is so tricky especially when you notice the pr segment depression in inferior leads

  • @frankmaggio4328
    @frankmaggio4328 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    18:14 he accidentally said "anterior wall" when he really meant INFERIOR WALL. just a FYI. Still a great lecture!

    11:55 Shouldn't the corresponding reciprocal changes for Lateral STEMIs be the inferior leads?

      Dr amal mattu stresses the importance of AVL st depression. it might be the first thing that tops up with an otherwise normal looking ekg.

    Good lecture, but arrogant in his conveyance of information.
    If you want to learn anything cardiology related you need to watch Amal Mattu. By far the best teacher I’ve ever watched

      Amal Mattu is great but don't discount others. These are free lectures so try to be grateful for the valuable content.

      but did give an intersting point on how to understand and easuly see the changes when it comes to LBBB

    • @iganpparamarta8813
      @iganpparamarta8813 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@zivlahav However he didn't mention anything about Smith-Modified Sgarbossa, STE becomes of concern for STEMI if the ratio of ST/S on anterior lead is less than 0.25, for example : 4mm STE on anterior lead and 12mm S wave is a ratio of 0.33, we should suggest it's a STEMI.
