This is the episode I've been waiting for this season! Also, that "...but I'm Crowley" is so iconic, and I've never forgotten it, even if it has been 7 years.
Remember when Michael who was possessing John said to Dean that he was Michael's vessel bc it was in his blood a bloodline that goes all the way back to Cain and Able which of course means Cain & The Winchesters are related👌🤔🙂
Love this episode, if you hear Tim (Cain) talk about working with Jensen he was so complimentary of his professionalism & what it was like watching him do all that fight work. Also I think Jensen’s stunt double (who actually played the red plaid attacker) got hurt twice in that fight scene first when he came smashing through the door and then when Jensen stabs him, as the prop knife had somehow got bent at the tip in the fight and ended up cutting his double, he was okay though. Enter the Mark of Cain, truly dark times but brilliant, some great episodes coming up, love Dean during this time and Jensen’s performance is first rate & some great moments between Sam & Dean as they go down this new road.
OMG, finally the Mark of Cain storyline!! It is probably my favourite storyline of Supernatural ever haha. Also really love Cain and this episode overall, can't wait to see you react to more!
I would made a t/shirt that says "You had me at killing that bitch" too.. hahaha Regarding the mark, I'm gonna just say that I agree with your "I don't think that's really a good idea..." Well, that's Winchester Dumb as I may have heard before in the show... HAHAHA
Sam: You're a terrible liar. Cas: That is not true. I once deceived and betrayed both you and your brother. *I love him* :))))))))))))) so... here's THE MARK. shit.
Yes Crowley is a douche, but you got to love the guy😂I have this weird love-hate feeling towards him plus the chemistry between him and Dean is just something you can't hate!
This isn't a spoiler it's behind the scenes real life info still ask everyone and if not okay just let me know comment anyone 🙂 spoiler/not spoiler Fun fact reason deal looks shitty whenever holy water splashed in face it's lube come up better on camera his reaction to not liking it is genuine 😂😊
forgive me if i missed it in your reaction, but there's something that bugged me a lot during this episode. We know from season 5 that Dean and Sam are descendants of Cain (and Abel), but there's no mention of it in the episode. Supernatural has done such a terrible job of maintaining continuity as showrunners change that this would have been a nice layup.
They didn't say it and they didn't avoid it. Cain said "to someone who is worthy" that could mean his bloodline? This isn't a big enough plot-hole to worry about.
I'm pretty sure it's addressed a little later on (don't quote me, I haven't watched it in a while) but I also don't think it's that big of a deal really. I really enjoy this storyline and Dean's arc throughout.
@@tiggytiggsboo the episode you're thinking of is open to interpretation as it wasn't explicitly mentioned in the said episode. My point in my post was mostly regarding my frustrations with the show abandoning established canon multiple times post season 6 with temporary retcons. There was a huge blow up in the fandom over the whole "reapers are now angels" saga in S8.
@@mparantha Yeah I understand what you mean now, and yeah you're absolutely right. There's a few things where I'm like "uh what?" LOL... I dunno, I guess I just love the show so much I let it slide? Maybe, just a little 😂

YES finally at the Cain storyline! Timothy Omundson is a perfect Cain imo!
I think the role was actually written for him specifically
He was great as God Johnson in Lucifer too! Beautiful hair and man.

well of course Adam and Eve spawned the entire worlds population so all humans are related to Caine and Abel
En realidad todos venimos de esa familia 😂😂😂 aquí aplica que la realidad supera la ficción
This is the storyline that really gets season 9 going. Love Cain as a character😄
Fun fact, the guy in the red plaid Dean was fighting, was Jensen's stunt double
and he actually stabbed him^ you forgot that part :P

YES my favorite episode/storyline
Crowley is a demon, after all, but he does come in handy. And Mark Shepphard is awesome at portraying him.
I really enjoyed seeing crowley unnerved by cain Timothy was great as cain this was a few years before his stroke he was also great in xena
Oh, Cain. He's my fav of all the Timothy Omundson roles.
Timothy Omundson does such a great job as Cain!
I really like the dynamic of dean Crowley 💋

this storyline is so good
CAIN!!!!!! I love the guy playing Cain in psyc too
I'm pretty it was a dumb idea to take on the Mark Of Cain without hearing what the downsides are
Yes Crowley is a douche, but you got to love the guy😂I have this weird love-hate feeling towards him plus the chemistry between him and Dean is just something you can't hate!
And I got the mark of Cain Cain Cain Cain Cain shake it off shake it off
Yeah, shooting the floor was obviously not necessary, as evidenced by the events to come
