I have mixed feeling about Walking Wake and Iron Leaves. They are really cool, but Suicune as a dinosaur is right up there with Remoraid/Octillery levels of weird (and even those two make a bit of sense when you look at their original designs) and I was really looking forward to the fusions especially the Johto beast one.
Anyone else feel that way?
We may still get the fusions, they just have to add paradox forms for the other members
Personally, I love walking wake. The drawing was a bit meh, but what we got was absolutely incredible
if the scarlet book and violet book didn't show what we could have gotten, I would be able to tolerate the new paradox pokemon a little more. But Dinosaur Suicune is just wrong.
I didn’t like the raptor design, but keeping the Legendary beasts lore in mind, it can’t possibly be an ancestor of suicine. Probably converged evolution, like diglett and wiglett etc.

joke aside, I am really glad with the designs, not only does it bring one more element that disconfirm the dream/imagination theory (since now the book are much more implied to be just the exploration team taking creative liberty to the representations of the paradox they've encounter.), but their look on their own look really sick.
I like the imposing dinausor suicune, and it give nice implication regarding ho-oh, since it kinda imply that they may have ressurected more pokemons before, and that those ressurection give them a all a similar shape. (that my own interpretation of it, being speculation, it is not a fact nor i'll pretend it is)
and I love robots with neon element, so iron Leaf is excellent to me.

If u look at the leaks to the mons it’s completely different to the real ones as the leaks are mixtures so maybe we get a form where it’s a mixture and maybe a first ever triple type?
Who knows, maybe it’s like a Dialga/Palkia statue in Sinnoh type of deal where misinterpretation lead to the construct looking different from the real thing
