... Isn't Rai in the wrong here? He set the conditions for the police to put a bounty on him when Rube is busy getting the 20 mil for him.
Because he can't get hold of the guarantor
It wasn't supposed to if Rai could get a hold of Kou but he wasn't on at the time and Rube didn't say who his guarantor is (+ running away every time they met). That's why it became a huge case of scam 😂
