Poseidon vs kratos. One if not the most memorable ass whooping in video game history, paired with this theme till now is a masterpiece.
The ironic thing about that fight was that it was a hyping build up to Kratos vs Poseidon. In Ghost of Sparta Kratos pretty much screwed over Atlantis in Search of Deimos,his brother. Poseidon swore to Kratos that and I Quote”You will Answer for this Afront”.
On another note Poseidons death is hilarious considering Kratos disrespected the man’s so much he threw this mothafucka towards a bolder mid fight. To this day that shit makes me laugh everytime I see it

Suddenly. Kratos’ body was surrounded by a fire-y aura, and WHAM! Thor was sent flying up on the air and back to the ground, though In the process, It created a dusty effect. Thor got up from this and walked his way out of the smoke…There, he sees the person he have been waiting for….THE GHOST OF SPARTA.

Thor smirked and flicked his fingers, calling Mjolnir. Kratos took out the Blades of Chaos. Both of them once again charged forward, clashing each other.
After the fight, Kratos gained the upper hand and place the Blades through the fallen Thor’s hand, pinning on the ground. But before he could kill Thor, Kratos remembered Atreus’ quote “Be better.”. Kratos removed the Blade off of Thor’s hand and sheathed back.
“What the fuck are you waiting for?!”
Thor shouted. Kratos stood back up. ( welp! after the fight it ended similarly with the actual ending.)
