right now im testing dtf sublimation hack on screen printed plastisol for my white base. been doing a lot of testing myself. we on similar journeys right now pushing what is known. props and keep going
Great video Mylo, I was just thinking of doing puff prints myself. quick tip if you want to dry your screens faster I use a blow dryer on medium heat. Thank you and God Bless.
Hi mylo just started watching your videos. And im receiving my first screen print kit as a gift from a friend brand new they never used it. Just wanted to say thank you for all the awesome videos going to try the things you have been teaching love from texas brother.
Great video! It really shows that whatever works for you play around and do it until you get the results! Do you ever feel like a mad scientist sometimes? I sure do and am glad I’m not the only one who does that many tests to perfect things! Keep up the good work.
Honestly ink don’t really stretch unless you put a stretch additive. Well it does stretch a bit .. but it will loose it’s form … and to answer your question I’m going to put some puff prints on some wash test to check the durability, so I will definitely get back to you on this.
Try using suede additive, it’ll give the same effect but using 110 mesh makes it a one and done deal most of the time, I got really good results with using around 30% of dude base then hitting a highlight white flash highlight white and it looks amazing and the more heat the more puff it gets so it’s easy to determine the puff you or the customer is trying to achieve, just something to think about brotha! Good strategies within this video 🤙🤙
Hi mylo thank you so much , this helped me a lot really I just want to ask and if you can answer me a question I would delighted: How can I print T-shirts using heat press at home? How can I Heat press a T-shirt using DTF method but withoout using any special powder under 2? If you could make me a video about the questions I asked , I would tell all people around me about you and I could make a clothing brand plus,I could givw you the support you need And btw I m telling you this becouse on your videos u telled us to make questions for you . Thank you for your attention
If anyone is seeing this can you please give me some advice. I can’t get my ink to cure I have no idea why it isn’t curing. I’m using a puff additive. The print puffs then when I test it out for a crack test it crack easily.
Not going to lie this video was a roller coaster for me .. so I hope it was helpful in anyway. 😅 God Bless ❤

ha-ha Yes! actually its therapy for me...
Bro, can I give you a little tip. When you shoot a video, you should be wearing one of your shirts.
Did you washed all prints ?
Remember with puff, you don't want to touch it til it's fully cooled or it can/will collapse.
Can I cure with flash dryer? Did you cure that with your heat gun is that wash proof
Yes of course, with a flash and heat gun.
@@myloprints can you tell me your settings for the flash for your regular prints and puff thanks man respect
Does the puff ink stretch the same as normal ink? Just wondering if it would breakdown faster then the normal ones.

Hi Mylo first time to watch. It's a great video and tnx for the tips but can u tell me about the ink is it plastisol ink or water base ink?
Not sure if your question was answered. It’s plastisol ink he’s using.
Thank you very much.
Hi Mylo, have you screen print on Felt fabric? if you have, any tips would be great. Thanks in advance.

Thank you , Send us a message to our website link is in our bio 🙌❤️
Love the video. 🥳
What about like, 10-20% puff in your color ink, and between two layers of that, a thin layer of 100% puff?

Stir stir stir😂❤
One question: Do we have to cure the print after puffing it like in a heat press?
No the ink cures while it’s puffing …
Results are based on test
Yes, results are based on test prints

puff print 101 ❌ puff print lol ✅

Add, a bit of stretch additive.
@@myloprints I’m also printing on sweaters. Is if just that I need a stretch additive or could I not be curing it right
@@robertadodoadji5099 there’s times when it still cracks, but adding a stretch additive will help. In my case
nice
Your a cutie man ❤
Tooo long and confusing video.
Yes not a beginner video for-sure.
