Thanks for showing this approach. Something about this seems interesting in that the bypass setting is focusing on a specific object.
Wouldn’t a better approach be to use a “Hierarchy Custom Setting” to give specific users or profiles the ability to bypass all validation rules temporarily? I suppose this approach is good for when you want people to bypass some rules but not others.
