      The Republican party is splitting. There are those who recognize the danger of Trump returning to office and oppose him. There are those who put career and/or team ahead of America and support Trump.
      I don't know if the Republican party will survive. What we may see is the emergence of a new conservative party that doesn't support hate of others. We've seen political parties die off and new political parties form along the way from 1776 to now. The Republican party was formed to oppose slavery, it turned sour starting with Nixon, and it may have to be replaced.

    My 18 year old son just registered to vote so he could vote against Trump. He watched the debate on his own last night and we didn't know he was watching. When Trump said the thing about eating pets he ran into the living room and was dying laughing and said did you hear that! Wtf is wrong with that guy! What an idiot! This surprised his mother and I but made us laugh very hard. Minutes later my rock n roll loving wife and I became Swifties and were dancing around the living room. • @Crazycatlady71
      @Crazycatlady71 26 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      Why would anyone do that to a child. That's a big part of what's wrong in this world. People have no compassion or empathy for others. Many people get pleasure from other people's misery. How sick is that?
      So that's what woke means to the GQP? Empathy? Actually, that sounds about right for a huge group of narcissist who lack all human emotions except hate and anger.

    • @Jedi_Vigilante
      @Jedi_Vigilante 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Crazycatlady71 "Woke" doesn't necessarily mean empathy to them. It is really just a catch-all phrase for everything they don't like. They have had several such phrases just since Trump took them over.
      It has been socialist, communist, CRT, Deep State, woke, and possibly several others that I am forgetting. Remember when they were saying that children were using litter boxes in school bathrooms because of CRT, or pizza places were kidnapping children for the Deep State? Now, everything is woke.
      If the Starbucks barista misspells your name it isn't because they always do, it is now because they are woke. If a company hires a female CEO, it can only be because they are woke and not because she is qualified. If a person doesn't eat gluten, it can't possibly be because of an allergy or health impact, it now just means that they are woke.
      Certainly a lot of things that get categorized as woke do so because of a lack of empathy, but defining their bigoted language is pointless. They can't even define it themselves. It definitely doesn't help that each individual who misuses the word does so in radically different ways. It is ironically similar to how most Christians have completely different standards for what being Christian is. When the most important factor of a cult is control rather than comprehension, such distinctions become... difficult and irrelevant. It becomes more important to use the proper language than to actually understand it.

But , she said, little kids would come up to her and ask "are you a boy or a girl?" she told them "i'm a girl that used to be a boy." the littel kids just said "oh", and wandered off.

God forbid they cannot reach a parent by phone.
