Damn these "trials" are so dogshit. Spent an entire hour trying to beat it with no luck. Always get stuck or flip in some random spot. Will try your route, thanks for the video!
Yeah, this trial was basically ruined by the time limit. It forces you to hurry things which puts you at the whim of the unreliable physics. I've had pretty much perfect runs ruined on the way to the last or second-to-last checkpoint by the stupid car flipping for no good reason or just running down the clock by pretending it could not go over a small rock outcropping or something like that for a minute or more. By the time I beat it I was about two failed runs away from sending my monitor through the window.

When i try it it get stuck for no reason in the middle of the climb and doesnt go anymore no matter if Automatic, High or one of the 3 Lows When they decided to make the trials time limited they should do like 12mins. then you have at least a chance to make it, with that thick, big ass "drift" pick up that actually got a weight of 10kilos... Never seen IRL a Pick Up jumpin through the wilderness like in this game... I bet even you make a perfect crashless run, you wont be able to make it in 9 mins, without the shortcut before the 2nd bridge. cuz those 2 "bridges" needs precision in a game that doesnt got precision.

One run it's just a smooth drive up there, the next run you waste a whole minute trying to get over one specific rock, although you did nothing different. And the time limit just doesn't allow for these luck-based time wasters. I am quite happy to see that the two trials now on the PTS don't have time limits.
They aren't dogshit. They are moderately hard, but modern gamers are used to "childishly easy" mode so it's understandable. It took me about 3 long run attempts to finish this with about 10 restarts because of non optimal landing at the start.
Well done. Did the the same route as you for the 1st 3 but still ran out of time. Was worrying about the damage. But after you do a load of damage. Will push it harder..
Wow that's great driving buddy! The only way I could do it was to go backwards. Left at the start, fall off cliff and get house first. House, bridge, forest, swamp, tower. Your route was awesome tho.

Fuck this trial, I almost threw my controller through the window after 1 hour. I thought they were going to make random trial sections on existing maps, not this shit. Also, Focus should be ashamed of all the glitchy graphics throughout this whole trial map, it looks like crap.
I could never be arsed to even try this, just for a wobbly head. Games are supposed to be fun, not frustrating. Sorry I couldn't even watch all the video.
