I remember all the hours spent on this game! Before I wasn't that good at MM games in general, so yeah it was great times ! My favorite robot master was (and still is) Comet Woman. Congratulations and thank you for this amazing game !
I absolutely love MMU. It's such a well made fan game. I have to admit that I had no idea that you actually used two different versions of Rainbow Man's stage theme. One for the original MMU with the SFX from MM1 and then a different version for the modified MMU with the SFX from MM2 onwards. After listening to both versions of Rainbow Man's stage, I prefer the one in the modified version, which is the one you used for your video.

Even if the plot twist is something that personally i don't like because it validates certain fan theory, let me tell you, your fangame was a wonderful experience, thanks for make that possible, it has a quality so close with the original ones. A few weeks ago i started to play it again, and it aged like wine: the robots designs, the stage design, the music associated with each stage, battle and cutscene, and most important, the way how it plays, it is a great game.
Hi Phil, I wanted to drop some lines about some possible plot ideas for Unlimited 2 you may consider. My headcanon is a prequel to X series where before the end of the story a completed Zero attempts to the life of Light along with all his robots. Rock stands against Zero to protect his family but eventually all of them are destroyed. Realizing the spirit of sacrifice of Mega Man in the attempt of defending the ones he loved, Zero starts malfunctioning and retreats. Light is the only survivor of this tragedy. As for Bass, he is destroyed by Zero while seeking for revenge against Wily. Wily doesn't understand the cause of malfunctioning and puts Zero to rest in a hibernation capsule. Before passing away Light projects a new robot called X. From this point on we all know how the story goes on.
8 years already? Gadzooks! Still a phenomenal achievement. Are you working on any new games? Of course I’d love a MMU sequel, but I’d gladly support an original IP effort by you if you made one…
happy anniversary to my absolutely favorite mega man fangame, it was a very important part of my childhood and is for me the only canonical fan game EDIT: I'm still hoping to this day that there will be Mega Man Unlimited 2

It's been so long...Played it in 2013-2014. Best fan Mega Man game, and most close to canon series. Mega Man 11 would look and SOUND like that.
