Peninne Alps?????? I drove this road many times from the Valais to the Simplon pass to Domodossola and back, but the word Peninne Alps is compeletely unknown to me, also not having the mention of the BLS Bern-Simplon Lötschberg train line which transports cars on trains from Kandersteg-Lötschberg-Valais-Simplon-Domodossola might be one more step of info another time, Domodossola is the main city on Italian side and also known...forget Gabi and Iselle...from Domodossla towards the Centovalli-Val Verzasca et Val Maggia is another road worth visting.

je reconnais ,j'y suis passé le 18 juin pour aller au lac de come depuis sion ,je me suis arreté en haut du simplon pour voir la statue de l'aigle ,c'était magnifique avec ensuite la descente sur le lac majeur ,beau souvenir ,merci !!
