James just recently repaired my 37 year old Shopsmith and made it run like new! He does good work, is fast, and fair prices. I highly recommend his work. Thanks, James!

This multi-tool is very cool; you are happy when you get it and twice as happy when you pass it on to the next owner; no tool is as great!

If you have any accessories that connect to the Headstock you need them. For example the top hub connects to the Bandsaw while the lower hub has two functions to operate accessories like Jointer and to cool the Idler shaft. The Idler shaft tends to get hot due to it's design.

Would you entertain a question on belt tension and alignment for a Mark 7? I did a DIY PP upgrade a few years ago. Recently dealt w a RPS 0 issues. Am now trying to finalize the belt tension and alignment to eliminate the little bearing rattle that I believe I hear.

For the power pro you would only have the motor sheaves.

hi, I encountered a problem oiling my Mark Vll, I removed a nut (connected to the rack lever) in removing the back cover. In putting back the cover I overtightened the nut and broke some rack teeth. My dilemma is alligning the lever since the main head is stuck. I will be breaking more teeth if I force to move the main head, Advice will be most welcome.

James, I have a stand alone Shopsmith 20” scroll saw. Drive o ring broke, Shopsmith sent a replacement 523139 and instructions to replace. Step # 3 says remove the link bolt #55 from the link assembly #54. The problem when I try to remove lower bolt entire gear mechanism turns. Not sure what to hold to prevent this, don’t want to break anything. Can u help?
