I purchased this record in February 1982 for £1 when I was 16 years old.Although I had a small number of Al Bowlly records it was this one that started me collecting Al Bowlly seriously
@@jackpaynefan I've got that one as well, but my copy sadly has a dig at the beginning. And periodic scratches throughout. The flipside is nice though.

I love all the Piccadilly records. Shame they don't list the vocalists. It's hard to know who it is without doing research.
Thanks for uploading it.
Love me some Al bowlly!
Always GREAT to hear more Al !
Sounds great 👍
Very pleasurable sound! What denoising system/steps do you use?
Hello. I did the transfer of this. I use a combination of Cool Edit Pro and ClickRepair. The record was also in great condition which helps!
Do you have more Jack Leon + Al Bowlly?
I have also shared the other side "Walkin' my baby back home" and "Goodnight sweetheart".
@@jackpaynefan would it be possible for you to digitize "Goodnight Sweetheart"?
@@JannieViljoen.AlBowlly Will bear it in mind but there are several uploads since my original gramophone video.

Seems like he gave less effort on the sessions with Jack Leon.
