An NS Stack Races a Freight with Three UP Units into Inman Yard, Two CSX Locals and a Coal Train

We start this video with an NS stack train coming off the Greenville line going into Inman yard. Then along comes an NS freight with three UP units that also goes into the yard. Then we catch the two DPU's on the stack train and finally the rear of both trains are side by side the rest of the way into the yard. Then over on CSX tracks we see a crew working a train. They will pull up from the main with a handful of cars, then back into the yard, then return with cars from the yard and back onto the main to reconnect with their train. We also see a short transfer from Pine street over to the yard. And finally from the ground we see a BNSF coal train passing Jefferson street before coming to a stop.

Having multiple batteries is a necessity. They make charging trays that hold three batteries I always have two trays so six batteries. Plus I have a car charger to recharge them as I drain them. I will usually go through all six batteries at least once in a four hour session. Plus you can recharge the controller with an external battery which is nice. So while I’m flying I have the controller plugged into a battery just to get more time out of it.
