Feel sorry for Stevie he’s sung at James Browns, Marvin Gayes, Luther Vandross, Bob Marley’s, Whitney Houston’s, Michael Jackson’s, BB Kings, Ray Charles funeral
SRV made an impact on a lot of performers. Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt and Stevie Wonder led the SRV fans in singing Amazing Grace at his funeral. SRV played a big part in helping many, including Bonnie Raitt in becoming clean and sober. Great reaction! I love Stevie Wonder.
So how much fun was that? This was actually the rehearsal video for a MTV show but it is such a blast so glad it was recorded. I especially love the last part trading riffs back and forth. Stevie W making his keys sound like a guitar and Stevie Ray making his guitar sound like keys. Great choice and shout out to your requester and thanks to you both for bringing it to us💯‼️🎶🎸💙👏🙌🔥
Stevie also plays a killer version of this with his own band, first time ive seen female vocalists in this song, not exactly the difinitive version everyones familiar with not my fav version but hey, its stevie and stevie-!
SRV asked Stevie Wonder if he could record “Superstition”. Stevie Wonder was impressed by Stevie’s manners and offered the use of his studio and himself and band. They became friends.
I've never seen the 2nd video, wow! The 2 Stevie's jamming together was awesome!!! You can see their love of music bouncing notes off each other. Pure joy on both their faces. And then Stevie Wonder playing SRV's Number 1 guitar at the end is priceless. Brought tears to my eyes. Rest in Peace Stevie.........
Who would ever say anything bad about Stevie Wonder? He’s been recording since he was teenager! Stevie Wonder is alive but getting older now. He’s written so many songs. Hopefully he’ll be explored by your station.
Check out Stevie Ray's own cover of Superstition. There is a music video accompanying it and it has a suitable celebrity cameo at the end. Stevie Ray's cover is on fire and is just as brillant as Stevie's original version.
Unfortunately the great Jody Watley was left out of the credits. That's her singing along with Stevie and Stevie. She is still going strong this day. Other than that this is an absolute insane group rendering of this Stevie Wonder song. You do know that Stevie Wonder it blind. So glad you guys reacted to it. As we say in Texas; y'all be safe.
So glad that You both Enjoyed My selection! I particularly Loved watching them listen & respond in those intense lead trades towards the end of that 2nd Jam as well‼️🤘🎼🎵🎶🎸🎤
Stevie Wonder can play just about any instrument but he started out at 12 years old playing harmonica. I saw him live a few years ago and he was mind blowing. He's really funny and 20:34 so very loving -
Stevie Ray covered Stevie Wonder's Superstition and also recorded at his recording studios. They were good friends! Stevie Wonder, along with other music legend friends, eulogized Stevie Ray at his funeral.
Stevie Wonder has been blind since his infancy. He became an icon long before Stevie Ray Vaughan came out. SW hit it big in 1962, whereas SRV began gaining momentum around 1983. Superstition was Stevie Wonder's song. SW is still alive and still performing to this day. It's a shame Jody Watley was not credited in this video. She is ultra-talented in her own right. This was a great jam. Thanks for another great reaction! ✌💙✌
Holy Welch's , Batman !! If this ain't the jam of the century, nothin' is . Never saw this before. I read years ago that Paul McCartney said that working with Stevie Wonder was a task because SW was such a perfectionist. Stevie is also said to have perfect pitch. He has loads of good songs. His duet with McCartney -- Ebony And Ivory -- is pretty good.
Hey guys! Love your reactions. Very insightful analysis and genuine reactions! by the way have you ever heard 'The Last Resort' by the eagles? It's from the Hotel California album and it's very epic and quite different from their usual fare. I think you would love it. You should check it out! Actually most of the tunes from that album are amazing, and they were one of my fave bands from the 70's. I was once part of a cover band who covered quite a few Eagle's tunes. Would love to hear more Eagles reactions from the two of you! Keep up the great work and cheers!
Oh guys/ladies. You have actually stumbled upon an AWESOME ACDC Song. ARE YOU READY-ACDC-BallBreaker Album. I think you both would like this song. “DOWN PAYMENT BLUES-RIDE ON” Both AWWSOME ACDC- Bonn Scott songs. Make sure you do Original Soundtrack to both k. Brian Johnson did a video remake of Down Payment Blues. Not anywhere near what this song really says!!
I saw Stevie Ray Vaughan in Toronto in 1988 open up for Robert Plant and he literally seduced me with his guitar and then he sang OMG smooth as butter❤

These two men were great friends. Stevie Wonder sang at Stevie Ray's funeral. There wasn't a dry eye anywhere.....

Stevie Wonder attracted so many great musicians to play with him. He had so much soul. It oozed out of every pore.

SRV plays funk! 😊
You guys would love to see "little"Stevie Wonder, 13 years old, on The Ed Sullivan Show, singing FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. Phenomenal.
For Once In My Life was released in 1968 when Stevie was 18.Fingertips was his breakthrough hit from 1962 when he was 12 or 13.
I remember.
SRV asked Stevie Wonder if he could record “Superstition”. Stevie Wonder was impressed by Stevie’s manners and offered the use of his studio and himself and band. They became friends.

Stevie's guitar added an element that works.
Great reaction!
SRV has a video of this song by himself

Shout out to the black cat in that video. 🐈⬛
Yes!!
That black cat is s little devil...love him hanging on the lever. Gorgeous cat.
Awesome. Another performance just as awesome is a Stevie Wonder concert in Paris and he brings out Prince. Wow.
Unfortunately the great Jody Watley was left out of the credits. That's her singing along with Stevie and Stevie. She is still going strong this day. Other than that this is an absolute insane group rendering of this Stevie Wonder song. You do know that Stevie Wonder it blind.

Mr Wonder's "Songs in the Key of Life" is one of the greatest albums of the 70s. Try "As", and "Sir Duke" for good intros into his talents

Holy crikies! I did not know this ever happened. I was in the Pacific Northwest with one country station. This is badass!
This is the best Jam session I've ever seen😂
So glad that You both Enjoyed My selection! I particularly Loved watching them listen & respond in those intense lead trades towards the end of that 2nd Jam as well‼️🤘🎼🎵🎶🎸🎤

Probably you are the only reactors on you tube who listen to this great performance.

Stevie Wonder is 73 now and we all lost SRV on 8/27/1990 at 35 RIP
was that a very young "Salt n Peppa" on backing vocals?
big love to all people :)
Jody Watley! (She was in Band Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” as well as Shalamar and her own solo career.)
You should react to Stevie Wonder Boogie on Reggae Woman! Do IDo/ or Super Woman/ etc/ He,s the head cat!😊😊
Stevie ray did a couple songs on his album

Kind of in this vein (style wise) and seldom reacted to is Kid Creole and the Coconuts doing their song “Stool Pigeon” live. Great funky vibe!
Chopping Wood! .( Don't take from my pile..😂) epic.

Stevie Wonder played and sang at Stevie Ray Vaughan funeral.
Now listen to the genius that is Stevie's original studio version...
Happy new year ! 😋

I don't think Stevie Wonder was watching Stevie Ray play, just sayin'
I saw Stevie Ray Vaughan in Toronto in 1988 open up for Robert Plant and he literally seduced me with his guitar and then he sang OMG smooth as butter❤
Our guitar player will play with his1 teeth. He takes out his top plate and goes at it

Stevie always freewheeled. The joke back in the day was Stevie never played a song the same way once.
Please react to Standing Next to You by Jung Kook !
Stevie Wonder plays harmonica and piano and organs. He does not play horns
Stevie Wonder has also been known to play the drums.
Great song guy,s ❤ hope you checkout Kaiser Cheifs i pridict a riot
