    I like this video. Buspar is helping me a lot too and i sort of don’t know how to act to feeling “normal” almost like I feel like I need anxiety to feel normal and now that it’s going away it’s almost like im looking for something to be anxious about. It’s hard to explain.

    • @Pepi86753
      @Pepi86753 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CelestialTrailblazer hmm I’d ask your doctor why they prescribed it. Do you have any mental health symptoms like depression ?

    • @CelestialTrailblazer
      @CelestialTrailblazer ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Pepi86753 No. I'm suffering from shortness of breath and an abnormal high pulse rate upon slight exertion, most likely caused by long cov!d or post cov!d damage. Since most doctors don't even want to recognize that long cov!d even exist and the fact that they can't seem to explain the direct cause of my symptoms based on tests, they're blaming it on "it's just anxiety". That's usually the default position in the medical field when they can't explain something or are unable to find the root cause. They simply blame it on anxiety causing symptoms as they are taught in medical schools.
      Yes, I'm sad and depressed to some extent since I've been suffering from my debilitating symptoms for almost two years now, but I'm in control of my emotions. It's actually quite normal to be sad or depressed when you are at the peak of your health and enjoying life and all of a sudden you start experiencing shortness of breath and an abnormal heart rate that disables you.
      My sadness or feelings of depression came as a result of my symptoms . Otherwise, I have zero history of any anxiety/depression. I also have zero history of any emotional trauma. Just a normal 27-year-old. All that has changed since April 2021, when my symptoms first began.

    I just got prescribed this today 5mg 2 times a day, for my anxiety and overthinking I been watching ur videos , but I also found some where people are saying they have manic episodes where they become angry and lash out at people or have this high feeling , I’m scared to take this because I also took lexapro for 3 days and I couldn’t even take that cuz it made my anxiety go to the roof . I’m just scared it’s gonna mentally mess me up or something

    @vids by j hi, thank you for sharing your experience. I have terrible social anxiety so I am considering going on busbirone. I also have adhd, you mentioned that your going to try going on methenphenadate again. Does it seem to be better than taking buspirone with aderall?

    • @vidsbyj123
      @vidsbyj123  ปีที่แล้ว

      I actually just started ritalin this week, I need more data to make any conclusions. But so far, it hasn’t been working that well either. I may need to try different doses. I have noticed the smaller dose I take of adhd meds, the better they work for me. For example, I used to take 15mg adderall IR 2x/day before buspirone, and I ended up going down to 5mg/3x a day on buspirone because it worked better and I felt overstimulated on the higher dose. I am really struggling trying to find the correct concoction on the adhd side of things, but my anxiety and depression is still pretty good with just buspirone 15mg/Day so I don’t want to change the buspirone.

    I just started 10mg 2x a day and also stopped taking 75 wellbutrin and 10mg adderrall and having positive anti anxiety effects but my brain feels tight and foggy like I can not make a complete thought. I detoxed from wellbutrin and adderral before trying buspirone and am in week two two and a half ....sometimes it feels like it helds my add and then other times hinders . I hope this goes away. I still am unable to concentrate fully and can not read a book again like i started to with adderal looking for adhd med to work with buspirone or will buspirone start to help soon for adhd

      I had something similar when I first started, I was super out of it and foggy minded. It took me about 1.5 to 2 full months to finally start feeling the full benefits of buspirone. I do still have to take adhd meds for my adhd, I now take concerta and it works really nicely with the buspirone (still at 15mg/day). I hope everything gets better for you, good luck!

    • @JatasyaSantim
      @JatasyaSantim 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      What is the dose for concerta? What difference do you notice taking the concerts vs adderrall

    • @vidsbyj123
      @vidsbyj123  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I take 18mg of concerta. For me it feels very different from adderall. I was on adderall for years before starting buspirone, but when I started buspirone the adderall started giving me weird side effects like anxiety and it actually didn’t help my adhd as much anymore. But the concerta works really well with my buspirone and I don’t notice any side effects at all with all of the benefits of managing my adhd.

      This is has really been the weardest medication that i have been. I have been now about 1,5 week using it. It's like i can feel how i am feeling better, but then again i can feel that feel when the medication is wearing off. I don't know is it good to say at this point. Right now i still feel anxiety when i go outside and do my daily things, but i don't feel anxiety so much that i could not go to grocery shops and so on. The only side effects that i have felt had been headaches, one day i felt like sick and my libido has increased.

    Yeah Adderall is literally pharmaceutical meth. That shit will really wear your heart out if you take it for years and years. Good call for quitting it. I probably have ADHD but I don't really care. I remember in college I took it once and I literally was like a meth head all hyped up and extremely focused on my college work. I took it the night before my Genetics exam and literally read the entire 3 chapters in a couple hours. The next morning I took the test was one of the 1st ones finished in the class. Normally I'm the last finished. I made a 100 on the test and a week before that I made a 63. I was shocked and could see why most med students take it, but my palms were sweating and I wasn't sleeping. I got off of it quickly. I don't know how people take that for years no way could I do that. My heart was pounding out of my chest too
