The vibrating screen with aspiration is a machine for sorting cracked walnuts in industrial walnut orchards and factories. The vibrating sieve has a capacity of 500 kg/h, sorts the cracked walnut into fractions 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and separates the shell and the uncracked walnuts.
We tested the vibrating screen on difficult-to-sort raw materials: a low-quality walnut with a hard, thick shell and ingrown partitions.
As a result, the machine qualitatively sorted 1/4 and 1/8. Another mass of nut requires additional cracking. The higher the quality of the walnut, the better the sorting will be. The machine for sorting cracked walnuts is able to perform up to 95% of all sorting work with high-quality raw materials.
