    Great work out! Thank you so much for making so much pilates available. Would be really grateful if you could do some release work with a trigger point ball / tennis ball at some stage!

    Thanks for your videos Kim I especially love the full length Pilates sessions but the 15 minutes has been great when short on time. I love the physio approach as it keeps it safe but effective.

      That’s great! Yes it would be an idea to do so. I’ll have to think about how that would look, it’d need to be different from the workouts on here for free so if have to work out what I’d offer that would be worth buying. If you have any ideas let me know x

    Would love you to do programs for different focus and certainly for whole body overall. 1 week of 15-30mins would be perfect for busy people.

    I want shoulders like yours! Some help with that But not make my neck and upper trap pain even worse would be brilliant :)

      ahhh you'll have to start pole-vaulting in that case I think... haha. seriously though. my shoulders are more toned when im doing the mini band workouts - give them a try.
      also will see what I can do x
