I would probably put the dinette where the desk is, and add extra recliners instead of a desk. I can pays bills at the table, but need extra seating. 😁

Beautiful!! I do have a couple critiques.
#1 I wish they would have switched positions of the desk and the table somehow. As is, the table is too far away from the kitchen.
#2 Although I love the mirrors behind the bathroom sink, I wish they would have made them medicine cabinets, especially since there doesn't appear to be any drawers available either.
#3 I don't think Matt would have given this a 100% PPP because you have to reach behind you for the toilet paper.
Other than that, it IS a beautiful 5th wheel!!
Agree with your thoughts. I'd also like to see more drawers in the kitchen.
@laurastrong6303 I agree.....one drawer is definitely not enough. Maybe one of the cabinets next to the stove should have been drawers. That's where I'd prefer my utensils so you can pull one out quickly when you need it.
I think the Riverstone 39RKFB, which is a very similar floorplan mostly addresses your criticisms
#1 -swaps position of desk and table, and the desk is more substantial for working at (deeper, 3 drawers on each side, hole for power cord)
#2 - better/more drawers under the bathroom sinks (undermount) - still no medicine cabinet though
#3 toilet angled better for room on left, TP holder in front of the sitting position.
Also - better placement of washer + dryer - looks like adding one would block some of the closet storage.
That said it's still very nice - wonder what the MSRP is.

Love it, And I don't care if not soft closing. I can close soft myself and spend the money on some thing else in the RV

Ok, the only 2 things I can complain about, is the TV is too small and the master bedroom.the mirror need to be medicaine canbinet.
Absolutely love this unit! I do prefer the traditional sinks in the master bathroom but I could live with the bowl style. I love the sectional sofa. I assume both ends are recliners? Very good job on the walkthrough as well.

The only thing I wish these manufacturers would do, is put some more lights on the upper outboard sides of the rear of the coach to enhance the visibility of the lights and turn signals. Why, bcuz a lot of folks will carry bikes (like we do), so the position of the lights is mostly obscured due to the bikes or other items in a cargo tray.
This is one of the best layed out 5th Wheels I've seen. I can see myself living in this one.

Wow! Jayco came up for 2024! That is nicer than a Riverstone! It reminds me heavily of a Vanleigh. This is my new favorite 5W. That sectional sets it apart from every other RK model which is also my favorite floor plan.
Very nice rv!! Very excited seeing manufactures are noticing a change is needed, and I feel that Brinkley has a lot to do with that.

This is basically the EXACT layout of the Alliance Paradigm 382 RK (which I love). But Alliance has standard features that are missing in this unit, like soft close doors. Good looking rig.
I’m a huge fan of the rear kitchen and front bath. That closet is amazing, W/D inside it is a bonus. The fact that the were smart enough to put a strap on the pantry on the back wall. we’ve had to destroy our fridge that is located in that space just to open the slide. It opened in transit and a food container got trapped between the shelf and open door. Brand new camper that can not be used!😢
One thing I forgot in my prior comment. That bedroom dresser could easily span the width of the wall for even more bedroom storage, and use the dead space on either end. .
This is my personal favorite floor layout with the exception of replacing the front closet area with a desk/front office area and front window!

Love that Jayco. We have been waiting a long time for Pinnacle to come out with a rear kitchen. I definitely would buy this. We love our Jayco Eagle TT we have now.

If I was going to live in an RV full time, this would likely be the unit! I really like this one. I appreciate the desk area and I love the sectional. I think I would prefer the dishwasher to be a drawer style but maybe the one that it has would be fine after using it a bit. I would want a queen size mattress or even a full with more walking space around the bed. I would rather have under mount sinks in the bathroom but those might be ok. I think undermount sinks give you more counter space overall and they aren't as hard to clean and clean around. So like you, I'm not picky, I just like what I like and I don't like what I don't like.

I absolutely love this one! We are currently looking to upgrade our current rv and this is beautiful. My only wish is that it had a midbunk room. This rv is perfect for a couple but not really a family with teenagers. I do wish it had a bunk room.
I didn't think anything would pass my love for the Vanleigh Beacon that you had but this has pretty much done it. 🤯

Love the bedroom and bath. For my purpose, I would switch them, get rid of the half bath & make that a pantry. But it's a very nice RV! 😁

Jayco needs to offer this unit. They have been behind for years losing sales to other manufacturers. This would be a good move for Jayco as an established brand. I would much rather buy this, than one of the newer brands that have just come out.
Wow, this is the best looking kitchen I've ever seen in a 5th wheel. Only thing is, it needs more drawers. But the pull out pantry, that awesome stove / oven, farm sink with dishwasher below are all great. The space beneath the kitchen sink is always a bit weird with drains & hoses, but they cover all of that up with a dishwasher, brilliant! Love the windows in the kitchen, too. Tons of gorgeous counter space. I've never been crazy about mid living room 5th wheels, but this one is nice. Vessel sinks in the bathroom are not my favorite, and being an RV, I've never understood the need for 2. Amazing shower! I also like the level floor in the main living area with no steps up on both ends. Plenty of outside storage in the main basement. I've never seen the need for that long rear storage tray coming out the back which is becoming more popular, and this one doesn't have it, good. The front basement is ample storage for chairs, tables, fire pit, pop ups, a tub of plumbing connectors, tubs of clothes and sundries. This keeps the interior on a more level floorplan. You know! That bathroom is perfect the way it is. I'll bet even a normal sized guy, such as myself (6'6" & 320 lbs) would be comfortable. Great walk-in closet and bedroom, too.
The only things I'm not keen on are the position of the TV (It should be at least a foot lower); and the sectional sofa (they tend to move around a lot, while people are sitting in them... rather annoying).
We looked at this model first on Saturday. Went and looked at other competitors. Montana, Brinkley and Grand design, as well as , Alliance. Sorry but Piannacke knocked the ball out of the park with this one. Ordered one first thing today. Also have to give a shout out to Diana from Pete's RV and Mike from Jayco. Answered every question andbwere all extremely helpful with making our decision to purchase our first RV. Quality is definitely not an issue here.

The price as shown included some extras . Slide toppers i380 solar package. List was 159000. Show price 96000. Jaycobrep said they wanted to do alot of business at this show.

That is an awesome rig.
I love it especially the sofa and the storage capability, with one or two dislikes. Every travel trailer I've owned with those high kitchen faucets have had them become loose due to road vibrations. This one would be damn near impossible to re-tighten without removing the dishwasher.And another thing, while I'm thinking of it, why doesn't Jayco add a sewer hose bumper or sewer hose storage that isn't in a compartment? No one wants that hose inside a trailer.
I liked the design and the quality, but I would rather see 2 or 3 medicine chests that I can actually store my makeup in than one large mirror in the master Bath. Also, I did not see any linen closet in the master Bath. How are you gonna get to all the items in the shelves when you put a washer and dryer in there? When is Pinnacle going to come out with a dual suite model? I don't like the quality level of the Northpoint, and the Northpoint dual suite bathroom shower is too short for my son.

We were shopping Pinnacle yesterday here in Phoenix. The 2024’s are killer except they only offer the white cabinets now. I like old school wood.

I really like this one. The sectional with that open floor plan is a really nice touch. I can see this being a big hit for full time RV living since it gives a sticks and bricks feel.

With all of the outstanding features of this RV, (Love the bedroom), and almost everything about this, I stopped cold at a dishwasher UNDER? the sink at floor level. It's not even a Fisher and Paykel pull-out drawer. A dishwasher should be at the right of the sink if at all possible and it should be at sink height.
The cutting board could be pulled out (or it can flip up) to the right of the counter towards the refrigerator (next to where the dishwasher should be) not boxing in the cook who might need to get into the refrigerator to make more countertop space. The trash can be under the sink as that is where it would be most convenient.
The spice shelf is too high for a normal woman to reach. A better place to put that would be in the ingenious pull-out pantry (really sweet.) You know, sort of a drawer on top of a drawer like they did for silverware. The dishwasher was so poorly located that, that alone, would turn me away were I a woman shopping for an RV. (A man wouldn't even notice. You didn't.)

The heating vents in the floor needs to go makes it look cheap. Kitchen well designed with the pantry pull out easy to get to the back. Cabinets are an true upgrade from the wooden ones. This TV has the best layout seen from the past ones. They done a great job.

I love it JD but I am a little disappointed in you man because you forgot to say I wouldn't put this behind a 3/4 ton pickup truck, lol, but I guess I will get over with it, lol.
I always see dinettes in the 5th wheels, no matter the brand or price range. Can you get a diner booth instead? This model in particular could comfortably house a good sized booth w/table & have room leftover. Are booths ever an option to purchase for the 5th wheels?
Looks like they bench marked the Brinkley brand. I like the Jayco better. Provided they offer similar quality and customer service, i would choose the Pinnacle.
