I agree i see Derek shine threw in Bentley! Love watching both of you guys! and Bentley young man you are well on your way, Learn all you can from your Dad!
This is your best video yet! I like your explanations too. I don't know a lot about small engines so I feel a lot more confident to tackle all the hand-me-downs I inherited after my dad passed. It's great to see all of you working together and learning to be self-sufficient. Since you have a spare....maybe fab up yourself a cool rollbar style bracket over the motor at the back since now with all that power you are going to roll it! Mount the tire to it then it will help you bounce back on all 4's. Btw that comment about the best gas in the world and blowing the motor...😂😂😂😅
Bentley, that was AWESOME Buddy!! Great to see you following in your Pops footsteps!! If you're gonna put new rubbers on, shred the old ones, perfect!!
That was a A LOT of soot in your exhaust. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the black spots of your valve cover was from that exhaust. I'm only a few minutes into the video, but you're nailing it, so far.
Young man, you did an awesome job! Suggestion: besides your Dad of course, there’s a guy named Jim Condon who has a channel where he refurbishs generators that are literally rescued from the landfill. He really knows small engines.
Bentley, I know you would not use two-stroke gas, however, their might be a guy on the old homestead there that might be leaving two-stroke gas in random fuel tanks, coke bottles and miscellaneous plastic jugs. Not pointing any fingers 👉 Derek. Keep up the good work buddy!
Good job son. If I was you,, I'd save the spark plug to. But you given it a throw, it's probably broken. Just remember, what cause the richness,,? The carb. So after the plug is cleaned, it's bound to be good. I hope you will enjoy your cart. Thanks for sharing this video
Bentley have you ever watched “cars and cameras” they built go carts and minibikes. If not give them a watch. You’re doing a good job. I’ll be watching.
The engine is still running very rough though. Maybe put a cleaning agent in the oil and do an oil change afterwards to wash out all the unburned fuel. Maybe check the sparksystem for issues.
Mini vice grip garage because he’s shown so much growth from helping his dad to his own channel Is amazing that’s how you know how he’s shown a lot of growth10/10🎉🎉🎉
Heck kids your age are to busy playing video games. I'm really happy to see a young working and not worry about getting dirty. You have my respect sir 🫡
Good stuff man! Try to get some rhythm in your workflow before you get any older. I was just a little bit too much in a hurry and I didn't even realize it until I was old and frustrated. You got time buddy!
Good to see a kid today doing the things we used to do when we was kids, Good clean fun. Derek and Jessica are raising these kids right. God bless you guys!
Oh man, when Bentley tossed that exhaust manifold it made me think of Derek pitching dead batteries. This young man is definitely a chip off the old wrench!
Great job Bentley. I can see you carrying on the torch for Vice Grip Garage while the old man sits in his easy chair drinking a wobble pop. I'LL BE DIPPED.
I love seeing this kid is not sitting in front of a TV or playing on his phone all day he out there doing what I did as a kid go karts and dirt bikes making stuff happen that's what life is all about.
Bentley, you have gotten downright good at this stuff. I love the go-kart. They never get old. I'm almost 60 years old, and I still own one! I think you have a career on your hands!
This is great Bentley! Great work and great job with the narrative!! You have a great teacher but you're doing you're already developing your own style. Muy impressivo!!
Nice job Bently, you might think of some way to support your muffler. It may bounce too much and damage your mounting studs or bolts, a big tuning fork!!
Bentley you're a natural! Made my day! Here's a guy 54 years young, watching you do what I did around 42 years ago 😂! Until high-school when I got in trouble for trying to put a Chevy 283 in my go-kart 😂. BUT, what I did learn is the Briggs & Stratton 5 horse power engine that you can bolt onto your go-kart, can be tweaked up to 65 horse power!! We used to run dirt tracks with it on the weekends. Just like dirt cars, except smaller 😂. And our "racer" go-kart ran on alcohol. My dad was so impressed with how quick it was, he decided to take it out for a spin. 😮😅 Unfortunately, he was clocked with a radar gun at 68mph!!! Lucky for him, the officer was someone he grew up with and gave him a break! So lesson learned for me, was NEVER take it or any of my dirt bikes onto public roads! Thanks for the video Bentley, looking forward to seeing more. I also enjoyed watching your dad and brother's road trip! Pretty cool. 😎🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
My son started racing go-carts at age 6. He tore things apart and put them back together. He was always (and still is at the age of 39) fixing and repairing. One day when he was around 9 years old, I got on our garden tractor to mow. That thing took off, almost killed me. My son just stood there laughing so hard. He had "tweaked" it, of course. LOL It is still a story he loves to tell. Learning these skills as such a young man not only teaches you a trade, but teaches patience and problem solving skills. Bentley, are you are terrific. On a side note, you mentioned your brother metal detects. I do that as a hobby. What fun with your new property for him. You two will have to video his finds.
Bentley, you got a great future ahead of you and you’re never gonna go hungry. I say that when you have a skill that people need, you can always survive. Keep the videos going, you’re gonna be just like your dad.
Excellent work Bently. Maybe it was two stroke gas in there. That would explain the fouled plug and the smoke and oil coming out of the exhaust. Can't wait to see it in action after the upgrades!
Bentley is a Derek incarnation! He's going to be an amazing mech when he's grown up!
Well I mean his dad named him after a car
Bentley is the only person that can pull off the VGG persona.
"If you're putting on new tires, you have to shred the old ones" Understood, and I concur.
there are 2 really proud parents behind that camera... good job little grip!!! you got the youtube's magic ....
I agree i see Derek shine threw in Bentley! Love watching both of you guys! and Bentley young man you are well on your way, Learn all you can from your Dad!
Keep doing what you're doing. Don't give up.by the time your a high school senior, you won't have to work. Good job.
This is your best video yet! I like your explanations too. I don't know a lot about small engines so I feel a lot more confident to tackle all the hand-me-downs I inherited after my dad passed. It's great to see all of you working together and learning to be self-sufficient.

Bentley, that was AWESOME Buddy!! Great to see you following in your Pops footsteps!! If you're gonna put new rubbers on, shred the old ones, perfect!!
Nice job Bentley I remember doing the same thing 60 yrs ago. Keep em runnin.
Keep it up little guy, you are a perfect image of your dad in my opinion. The more you work with small engines the more you will learn
Nice job Bentley, love the upgrades! Not gonna lie, it’s always a good project when you have to apologize to 2 family members in one episode 😂
Bentley, Dad needs to buy you a racing go-kart next , hit the local karting track ! You have what it takes !
That spark plug toss was awesome... Taking on dads mannerisms too, just like a "chip off the old block"
Very impressive Grip Gang! This kids a natural with some awesome parents. Future is looking alright with younger humans like this still around. :)
So I’ve heard Derek say “little grip garage” in his videos, but I had no idea this was a thing? This is awesome!
That was a A LOT of soot in your exhaust. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the black spots of your valve cover was from that exhaust. I'm only a few minutes into the video, but you're nailing it, so far.
Gone and Get It little dude!! He’s a Natural! 🤘🏻🤘🏻👌🏻

Lol yeah you definitely need more power! Always need more power!
The engine is still running very rough though. Maybe put a cleaning agent in the oil and do an oil change afterwards to wash out all the unburned fuel. Maybe check the sparksystem for issues.

I was just a little bit too much in a hurry and I didn't even realize it until I was old and frustrated.

Great job Bentley. I can see you carrying on the torch for Vice Grip Garage while the old man sits in his easy chair drinking a wobble pop. I'LL BE DIPPED.
Derek and Jessie, you two have to be so proud of all your boys and even though you both work very hard you have done a fine job raising them
I need Bentley to come to New York to upgrade my snowblower so I can smoke the tires 😄 while snow blowing!
Nice job Bentley!
Congratulations on reaching 100,000 subscribers Bentley. Great job!!!
When the jet rolled off the dirt bike seat, I was waiting for a classic, "yep, never see that again!"
