People who are invested in this society are all worried. That is why there is downward trend in the market. Most of the people are waiting for a little jump in the price so that they may get rid of their stock and buy a ready to live land in Quetta. All the foreign investors are already flew away. Most of the people are seeking this project just to earn money not to live there at all. Here I can only pray for those who are seeking for early possession of their land and want to build their houses, my advise for them to buy a ready to build plots. Ali bahi's efforts are worthless but his opinions are more tilted towards imaginations then to reality. Timelines are important for most of the people, would it be possible for you to get the interviews of DHAQ officials present real fact and figures.

First brother this is not 3 or 4 hundred land/houses scheme this is DHA Quetta Smart City definitely If you have plans in mind with long term strategies definitely it takes time make/build with short term strategies. which you have seen in last two years; Like 5 Marla MKT & Early Bird is the biggest example. Secondly in upcoming years in very short you will see the most sale & purchase will start in 5Marla MKT specially. Third which is very Important majority of people will start shifting in this category. you have seen by your eyes Nawa Killi Residents and there approach they will shift to DHAQ in near future at once we will get Possession in EB & MKT, but specially MKT area. Regarding work ! definitely every one is depended with very limited resource. DHAQ management is rumoring about the schemes such as ' Jald araha hai'.. 'phir na kehna'..'Phirrrr'... seems like a storyline of a tragic drama not a housing scheme. They should pass the communication clearly by their attitude the Satta Maker have played with DHAQ's real residences. Being the property advisor you may address both the positive and negative sides of the scheme. A realtor should look like a realtor not the marketer.. My request to you that if you have connections in DHAQ ask them the real timelines and workplan. It would really help. The files you are referring to MKT had jumped to 70 Lacs own and then decreases to 35-40 Lac own same is with 10M, 5M installment files. People who have their hard earned money are really concerned. I know this is not America this is quetta that is why I am saying that People of Quetta cant afford to get such a big loss.

Shafqat Sahab, land in and around Quetta is usually barren and rocky desert. This is the uniqueness of Quetta and Balochistan, and this becomes its beauty mark as well. But people plant trees and grass and make it lush green. The soil is fertile. Don't worry.
