Is there any way to share a file to make it public and indexable by Google?

It's not possible to do that with WorkDrive files at this moment.

Please help me with this. Im starting to use Zoho WorkDrive and I have found each time I save a document, Zoho saves a new copy but also saves the old version. Both versions are the full document, so if you have save the document three times the storage used will be around three times the data. Additionally, you have to erase one by one the versions. How do you manage this? Has been an inconvenient for you?

Can you share a link with a screenshot of the issue? Is Zoho WorkDrive duplicating the files? What do you mean by "saving documents"? Uploading a documents? The feature "versions" cannot be disabled.

WorkDrive saves a copy everytime you save a document (it is called versions). It is used when you want to go back to a previous version of the document. However each version takes a lot of storage. If you look in the properties of a document you find the tab where are all the versions stored @@blungo

How do you manage it? Has been an inconvenient for you? Maybe for small documents it is not a problem, but for big ones it is a little bit @@blungo
