I love this channel because it commits to games people love such as AoS and TOW. Not just ditch it just because one or two videos did not perform well. This is respect.
MWG are nowhere near the quality of Tactics. Be reasonable for a second 😂

@@tiananxie8897 Yeah I think Tactics are a good bunch of people but its clear they only really have a 40k following. AoS, HH, TOW etc etc they only ever humour other game systems, they are just too 40k focused for me as I am already inundated with those types of batreps.
@@gwell2118 I subscribed their on Demand last year when they started AoS. But after a few weeks they stopped all of sudden based on a survey that indicates more people are interested in 40k than AoS (I mean of course 40K is more popular but that does not justify abandoning content that is growing with less competition in the content creation market). This action drove me and probably other AoS players away from their Demand. There are already more than enough 40K content out there. So it is no wonder when they started AoS 4.0 this year, the views are much lower than most of other AoS channels.
@@tiananxie8897 Yeah no they are little too focused on chasing the immediate algorithm bump. Like other channels such as Tabletop Titans, Miniwargaming and to a lesser extent Play on Tabletop all gave AoS more of a chance and it grew because of that for them. Like they get one vid that isn't too their liking and they hard over-correct back into 40k. Like the excuse for them is that they feel their audience is more predominantly 40k than some other channels. But again yeah because they hard overcorrect and just spew out endless 40k batreps which drives away the AoS and other system fans. Like they put one or two non-40k vids out a month MAYBE and than are surprised their AoS or non-40k vids aren't growing so much?
Love me some OBR but its definitely a feels bad when almost every other faction has better healing and revival mechanics. Trolls need a pts hike for sure

No, Rockguts are just incredibly efficient rn. Every competitive Gloomspite Gitz list plays at least 18 of them.
Luke tuned the list quite a bit more after this. But those Troggs are beasts!
@@deckardtheslayer6360 Yeah I think Rockguts especially are just a little too effiencet for their points right now. They are super durable and there is many ways to compound their durability. On top of recursion. They need a points hike probably.

Anyone else looses alot of interest anytime when they say "for the sake of battlereport im gonna do a dumb"?
I mean, Luka spelled out what would happen if he took the turn. It would be game over (he wasn't wrong). I guess if you want the 'true' experience you could just say ok Gitz win top of two and turn off the video. This way you could see if the OBR player could claw himself back into the game.
No. I would rather watch an actual battle report and don't care about overly competitive or tournament level play. There's other channels to watch games in 2 turns when players get tabled.
Even with battleshock removed i still think that the game is way to killy.

But wounds taken is literally how it works in the rules? It says to count up wounds taken until you reach the health characteristic and monsters in the game bracket at number of wounds taken.
they didnt do wounds taken though. it was damage taken :3

It was Lukes 3rd or 4th game of aos. He made a bad call and regretted it. He still mentions it when we talj about this game xD
