I had a binge day yesterday. It wasn’t too too bad but it was depressive 😢because I undid my hard work of long walks and biking. Today I am getting back on track.
IKR, when I was on food stamps it came out to about $10/day, which is enough for a person to live on as long as you're careful and don't waste money on pre-prepared food/brand-names/nutrient-poor snacks that won't satisfy you. I feel guilty nowadays if I spend more than $20 a day on food. I can't imagine the audacity to spend $40/day on food and call it BUDGETING! I understand and respect that people have binging or binge-purge EDs, trauma histories, poverty histories, hoarding, or other maladaptive coping skills that lead them to spend a ton on food. But the fucking nerve to call $40/day of food budgeting...I can't. Even with nowhere to cook or store food, I could still make $10-15/day work with mostly non-perishable snacks plus a gas station fruit or veggie cup for some vitamins, or get one hearty fast-casual meal (i.e. Panera, Chipotle) and make it last the day. $40 minus $10 equals $30 extra per day, times 30 days in a month = $900. There's her monthly rent for a studio or room rental, maybe a 1-bedroom in a LCOL area, instead of living in her car. I hope the food was worth it to her...
forgot to add the misophonia warning. my apologies

Tik tok needs to start cancelling this kind of behaviour. Its damaging the health of people.
Notice how we never see Gorl Specimen #1 swallow. Suspicious.
