Really wish I'd bought a 2nd game box. Didn't think about needing another in order to be able to play in person. Hopefully I can pick one up in the surplus sale. Or maybe one day they'll do a reissue.
I feel the same way. If only there was a second release. We can only hope that beef and the other hermits get positive feedback and support for that to happen. It would be awesome if HC TCG caught on.
With a game box and booster box I was able to cobble together a second vaguely viable deck to be able to play. But I did have to do a few trades to balance them out.
I got my cards yesterday! I managed to get all but 5 cards from the set! Not counting holo versions of course. My collectors card was a signed non-holo Cubfan! Lastly, I pulled a signed Stressmonster from a hermit pack!! Thank you beef for making such a great card game and making it a reality. I've filled a binder with one of each card, and I'll make a deck or two from the excess cards to play with!

I just got my cards! I have to say I haven’t been so happy opening a TCG in a long time. I wish I could collect them all. I should’ve gotten more haha! Thank you for the nostalgic experience Beef!
I was surprised to get my deck today. Mostly I just got the cards to support the Hermits and TFCs family. But if anyone has a spare Keralis and or Joe Hills I would love to trade some of my spare cards for them. I just wish to have one card from each Hermit.
Such amazing work on these cards Beef! I'm incredibly impressed with the quality, artwork, and overall design. I love my cards and am so ready to find somebody to play with!
I got the holo version of that Pearl in mine. It was the only Terraformer type I got in one starter and three boosters. I also got two clocks, but mostly my cards skewed heavily toward Builder/Explorer. Didn't see a single lava, poison, or elven cookie.
I wish I could order another Starter set. My kids and I want to play the game together, but we don't have enough cards to make two playable decks. (I expected the booster box to provide enough to make it work, but no such luck.)
I built my main deck last night, but I think I'm going to build a couple of scrub decks so I can teach my friends. nothing fancy or complex, but at least playable. Looking forward to your panel at PAXU you next weekend!
I did as well. Is the back of your card different from the rest? Mine has the TCG logo and the black background but no cubes. I'm curious if that's a misprint or intentional.

Those TFC cards look amazing. The artists did such a good job and really captured him perfectly with those cards.

Opened our two game boxes last night. Very cool grouping and the booster boxes were fun.
I LOVE the design of the Starter Deck box, it looks so cozy and inviting, like the start of an adventure.
This is the welcoming starter deck, 3 cards that has the moves "heyo", "hey guys" and "hallo"
I notice Iskall's card is just a better Rendog card. You would basically never have a use for Rendog if you have Iskall, lol.
