Paulina, thank you so much!!! I got a new battery online and I was able to open the computer and replace the battery!! I was nervous because I have never unscrewed and opened a computer. I watched your video and it was exactly what I found. I am so proud of myself!
Most likely it is this one but cross reference your models S/N on HPs warranty lookup page which will give you the entire model number and not just HP Envy X360. You want the specific model that comes after the 360 to ensure the voltage and watts are correct. In my case my customer said he had an HP Envy 360. I went on HP Warranty check and found out it is a "HP ENVY x360 - 15-u483cl" I then went on Amazon and found this battery. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077SFKBXQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 If you scroll down under product description, they seperate out the specific different config models. Mine is the 15-u483ul. As you can see it is in the list. Hope this helps. some of the envy x360 convertables (there are different variants of this laptop) do not have a CMOS battery. if you are getting a CMOS error, it's due to an aging main batter, which interestingly, also acts as the CMOS battery (quite possibly built in). believe me, I've taken my laptop apart piece by piece, no watch battery in there, period... it's definitely built into the main battery.

The bastards stopped making snap in batteries, and this battery doesn't last.
