I always put a disclaimer in my video descriptions. You can look at mine for an idea of what to say. Be sure to not claim copyright of the characters and give credit to whoever provides the music. It's a good idea to find copyright free music. Lots of stop motion channels use characters that are already copyrighted and it's okay.
