D.e.T. is such an overwhelmingly overt and obvious false prophet that it deeply disturbs me that he’s managed to gain so many followers (although, his numbers are steadily declining as our awesome and oh-so-gracious Lord & Savior is awakening souls and leading people out and unto Himself!!!) A side-note: By the Lord’s providence, I met and had a 2-hour conversation with one of his followers today. I work two jobs - my part-time job involves me as a caretaker for an elderly gentleman. When I got there today, my client had a friend over. The man professed Christ, so I thought, “Oh, this is wonderful! Always good to meet a fellow brother in Christ.” But over the next 30-minutes, something seemed extremely off... Finally, he told me the name of the church that he “works ministry” at is none other than JMMI 😭😭 This led to the most ridiculous and disturbing 90-minute conversation I’ve ever had in my life. I have never interacted with a cult-member in real life before this, so the Lord really used this as a teaching opportunity. A couple highlights that I noticed: 1). 90-100% of what he said was either him directly quoting David E. Taylor or quoting D.e.T. “quoting Jesus” (the guy clearly worships the cult-personality that is David Taylor... and not the true and living God, as revealed and made manifest in Christ Jesus). 2). He never cited a scripture... Not one single time (I pressed him over and over to please tell me where I could find support for his wild claims in the Bible - he would either get flustered and try to deflect, or he’d get irritated and straight-up ignore me / talk over me). 3). He would get me alone and then “whisper-talk” loudly into my ear at rapid pace (it was as though he was trying to regurgitate as much of his cult’s doctrine down my throat as possible to try and gain a new follower in me... Seeing as he’s directly involved in JJMI ministry, I couldn’t help but think that he learned these “tactics / techniques” in their version of evangelism training). 4). Any time I would DIRECTLY REFUTE something he claimed using the Word of God (book, chapter, verse(s)), he would pull out the “big guns” and claim that most Christians in the past 2,000 years have been “taught wrongly” by the Church and “simply misunderstand the scriptures”.... “This,” he says, “is exactly why Jesus “had” to commission David E. Taylor - to correct all of the error in what Christians today believe to be biblically-sound and orthodox doctrine.” I hope to see this man again that I might witness to him further. I am going to preeminently prepare on this topic now that I am more aware of what is going on. The things he disclosed about D.e.T.’s “teachings” is just absolutely nutso. Literally unbelievable.
