everytime i heard the word "fashion" Jennie is the first thing come to my mind
Honestly, I loved that you pulled the part where she has the black jacket with the white dress underneath. When you mentioned mixing masculine and feminine looks it made me think of how she has this tough, cool exterior and underneath is something pure and pretty and soft. Like how you mentioned the pink dress was a nod to the flowery girl in the beginning but in a completely different scene and mood. It's just like how people are many faceted beings and characteristics aren't gendered, but personal or even universal. I hope that makes sense. But the scene with the jacket and white dress under shows the vulnerable side of her, with her crying and such, kind of saying that even if she's a tough woman now, she still has that soft, vulnerable side.
And don't nobody tell me I'm thinking too far into it because Kpop and their mvs go philosophical all the time. It's way deeper than even that at times.
I love your review! My fav also the scene of her with blue dress and blue book, the flower dress and the laundry room with Chanel swimsuit. Im so into her fashion style, she’s so Iconic and effortlessly elegant! Best fashion style indeed 💙

Honestly, any Blackpink video is a fashion runway. All members are brand ambassadors of luxury brands (Chanel, Dior, YSL and Celine are the main ones). I would suggest How You Like That music video as they wore both elegant pieces and streetwear. Some gowns there are custom-made for them. The hanboks in the end are custom-made as well.
Fun fact in the scene with the blue dress she is reading a book full of live stories, then she proceeds to rip the pages out.

I would like to ask you about the look that was in the pre chorus and chorus where Jennie danced her contemporary freestyle ? I really love it. It is so pretty and a lil bit crazy look for me. I really like it if you could maybe put it in detail is enough. Like the pieces it looks a little bit messy but good ^^
